Best bubble tea in town. I go here everyday :-) EDIT: Unfortunately, I'm having to update my original, glowing review. I used... to believe that this was the best bubble tea in town & would make it a point to go here quite often, if not every day. On a lotof the days in which I could not make it, I would have it delivered & that gets pricey and does not go toward my loyalty points.I've even purchased their t-shirts. Everyone here used to know me by name whether I came in or had it delivered to my home.EVERYONE ELSE automatically knew my order & exactly how I liked it and/or at the very least, knew how to make it. They have anawesome loyalty program & I've probably spent more here than is believable, so I'm often eligible for a free bubble tea, whichis even better & even more reason to frequent this specific location, which is fairly close & convenient to home(though I knowthat I can utilize my loyalty points at their other, further away & inconvenient locations). Sadly, the Hamilton Milllocation's quality has gone waaaay downhill. I have a sneaking suspicion that it has to do more with one person in particular,as opposed to the store as a whole. I'm not sure if they had a huge turnover in staff or maybe no one else wants to work thisspecific afternoon weekday shift. Let me just say that this one particular person does, in no way, produce the quality boba teathat myself & others are used to from all of the other Pearl's Tea employees @ the Hamilton Mill location. Beside theaforementioned problem, HE has the personality of a wet blanket and is in no way familiar with the notion of Customer Service.He does not greet incoming customers and never responds when greeted or when told 'thank you' & 'have a nice day.' My 6 y.o. soneven asked me if the guy could speak, since he doesn't even respond to him when told hello and to have a nice day (SAD). Such a cute little place. The staff is so sweet, and I said wow this place is so cute, and apparently this isn?t even the best... one, so wow? shout out to Pearl?s Tea for having great ambience and great Tea. I got the Mango Jasmine Tea- 22oz with RainbowJelly, Aloe Vera, & Aloe Vera on top. It is so good. I absolutely love this place! I was so happy to find a new tea shop in the area. I was here 01/13/2022 in the afternoon. It's... beautiful inside, the staff is super nice and the drinks are great! I usually prefer less sugar, and the very nice baristaoffered for me to taste test the sugar level which I've never been offered at a tea shop before and I greatly appreciate.Definitely recommending this place to my friends!
