Aweful! They keep Using door dash for delivery which doubles the delivery wait time, Delivery text said on the way and it took... 54 mins even though it?s 6 mins from my house, pizza is cold and they always forget something. This is the 3rd time we?veordered from this location and same problems every time. When I ordered through the Dacula one before this one was built I hadZERO issues. This is a preview b/c I have yet to pick up my order. I initially requested delivery and was told my order would be $27.00... WITH?delivery charge! Then she has the audacity to ask me if I wanted to include a tip for the delivery driver. I said: ?holdup, how much is the delivery charge?? She said $4.00. I asked doesn?t that go to the driver? She said no it doesn?t, that the$4 is the fee charged by the restaurant. But wait a minute?then if I?m going to tip the driver another $3 - $4.00, then why areyou charging me $4 as a delivery fee? Is the owner/operator riding shotgun with the delivery person? I decided to go pick it upinstead. One star (red flag) for trying to rip the customer off on a double charge to get your food out to you. **Also forripping off the delivery person. It's always something with this place... something missing, wrong item, or this time they apparently sent it through the gates... of hell before sending it out the door. Whoever pulled this knew it was bunt and still sent it out. Shows a lack of integrityand just flat out not caring on their part. There's too many better options available to bieve you can push this out the doorand be okay. Riverside, Italian Pie, hell even Marcos and Dominos os better than this. I did tear a piece off to see if it wassalvageable but it taste like burnt toast with charred tomatoes paste. And cold ... how can something this burnt be cold? Takesome pride on your product. So glad to have a Papa John's in our area as it's always been our go-to pizza place! The new location is great - we've had... quick service both from walking in and with the delivery drivers - great service all around! Keep it up! Read more
New location and seems to be doing fine for the most part. I had ordered chipotle honey chicken poppers and a pineapple and... pepperoni pizza last night. The chipotle chicken poppers were not tossed in any sauce. The pizza had hardly any pineapple orpepperoni. Not very impressed especially after being charged for extra toppings . Read more
So, I ordered a fairly large order through the website and was redirected to this franchise from the one I usually get my... orders. When my order was delivered, I only received ONE dipping sauce from the SIX that were supposed to come with my order.This made the already dry chicken wings and poppers even more unpalatable. The sauce that was supposed to coat the chicken wasapplied sparingly and only imparted a slight flavor. The pizza was fair - not great but at least edible. Hopefully, they will uptheir game going forward but I will definitely avoid this location in the future. Read more
Always happy to have a high quality Papa Johns around the block. As of January twenty fourth, the staff did a splendid job! I... placed my order for an extra large meat pizza, jalapeno poppers, and eight barbecue wings. Within less than twenty five minutes,my order was waiting for me to pickup. Everything was exactly as I had ordered online, hot inside the foil, and was wrapped upvery well along with condiments. I look forward to ordering more here in the future. Good job to the team. We ordered DoorDash from here yesterday. The pizza bowl was delicious however the white pizza was lacking in flavor & had black... olives instead of green olives. The cheese sticks were pretty good. Read more
