First time placing a delivery and this is not my usual LCP. Driver was missing one of the pizzas and missing the drink. Driver... (door dash) could care less. Tip was on the order so that was a loss. Called LCP and after a 20 minute hold I got a unempatheticoperator. 10 days to get small refund. Pizza wasn't cut, bread sticks were soggy. Overall very poor food, service and help. Read more
Ordered yesterday at 6:23 via the app. At 6:31 my pizza went in the oven. I figured it would take maybe 15 minutes, so I... headed out to run an errand and pick up my pizza. I waited in my car to get the notification my pizza was ready. I watched atleast two of the employees leave to get Chinese food from the restaurant a few doors away. Around 7:00 I began to get curiousas to where my pizza was so I headed inside to wait. Everyone inside had been waiting for a long time. At 7:20 I inquired asto where my pizza was, it sounded like they lost my order entirely. They did remake it. My favorite part was another customerwas understandably frustrated at waiting over an hour for his pizza and the guy up front said "it's not on me". Like, whosefault is it that nobody's pizza was being made? Pizza was fine, breadsticks were crunchy and undercooked at the same time. Iwon't order from here again. Read more
I waited in the drive thru for like 40 mins waiting on a deep dish and cheese bread. Just to get home to three undercooked... wadded up dough ovals. It was trash so that's where I put it, probably the last I'll use this location. Read more
This place is absolutely abysmal. Quite possibly tge worst customer service I've ever had anywhere. And I'm just pick up for... door dash. Do yourself a favor and go to papa John's. The price is not worth the bs this place will put you through.Just.dont.do.it.. Read more
Food was hot and ready just like always. The wings were super tender. Opened our pizza and instead of slicing it it looked like... a pentagram was carved in it. My wife looked at it and remarked "somebody was mad", I told her yeah, probably because they foundout after their student loans are forgiven their still gonna be working at Little Ceasars Read more
Terribly sllllloooooowww service and no reason as there's no other customers here? Ordered online at 5:44 for ready at... 6:07-6:12. Got the ready email at 6:15, got my single pizza at 6:30pm. I would have walked out but already paid online andactually wanted to see how long this would take. Pack a lunch next time. Read more
This is a very uncoordinated place. My order was supposed to be done and I have waited for 15 minutes after the time and nobody... has come to greet me and there was a lady just sitting on her phone in the back. I highly Do not recommend coming here. It?sbest you pay a little more and go to papa Johns or dominos. Their pizzas aren?t even $5 anymore. Read more
I must be lucky because I usually get some of the best pizza from this location. Sure it's not always perfect, I've had a pizza... that wasn't even sliced and one that was burnt in the past but 80% of the time it comes out great. I've only seen 1 or 2employees working at a time so I can't really blame them for making a mistake every now and then and they do correct it ifyou're patient. Read more
