we had a meeting here & ordered some hot and cold drinks, 30 min went by no drinks were made. asked the kids who were working... there where were our drinks? he replied did you order? showed him the receipts, look like it was his first time seeing areceipt. took him another 12 min to make the drinks. if you're carrying Dunkin Donuts name, you better to work on your serviceand hire employees whose head is straight to work, if you can't then close the store and don't mess up the chain reputation. I went to this Dunkin location this morning for the first time. I eat Dunkin every day and I?ve never had a problem until today.... When I walked in I was not greeted and when I finally did get service I was told that I needed to order at a self orderingkiosk. The kiosk was extremely dirty the screen had fingerprints all over it when I told the employee that I did not feelcomfortable touching this machine I was told that other customers do it with no problem and that I should not complain. I wastold this by a young Indian man who is very combative. I let him know that he had horrible customer service and I will not bereturning to this location. This is not the way that you treat your customers. I was told that if I come back I would need toclean the kiosk myself if I had a problem with how dirty it was. We are still in the middle of a pandemic and I refuse to toucha dirty machine just because your workers refuse to take my order on the register that is sitting right there open and free . Read more
Very clean Dunkin' with a friendly staff. Our coffees were hot, fresh and prepared as ordered. The staff were fast and on point.... We were extremely impressed with the efficiency and team work of the employees. Great job! Read more
This is my first time at this Dunkin location but I usually get a Mocha Frozen Coffee and it always tastes good. I don?t know if... the girl is new but she did not add mocha to the coffee. I went in to ask for a refund because it tasted terrible but she saidthey can?t do refunds because the manager isn?t there so she remade my drink. It still tasted bad because there?s a whole bunchof syrup at the bottom. The picture on the left is what the drink is supposed to look like and the picture on the right is whatI got. I am not one to give bad reviews, but lately the employees at this branch have showed no interest in their job. This branch is... located near our house and we like to stop by since it?s so close, but they have been pretty much messing up almost every orderat this point.
