The employees at chick-fil-a were great and very kind and the they were fast and the service was amazing, but because they were... fast they forgot all my sauces and few of my drinks and some of them were made wrong and so I brought all the food back tooffice for over 10 employees and they were very disappointed. Also I had asked them to bag each item separately and that's whatthey did but the right orders were not in the right bag and so it seemed as if I was forgetting a lot of food. I'm leaving thisreview to better this place not trash it. Customers just make sure when you go to this place double check, you yourself doublecheck the order because the employees could be missing something you paid for. :) Read more

They initially messed up my order (for the fifth time) on Saturday morning and did not answer the phone that entire day for me... to inform them. The biscuits on the chicken biscuits and the chicken minis were so hard I could literally knock on them. We hadto throw all of the food away. I ultimately had to contact corporate to file a complaint. I ended up speaking to one of theirmanagers today who was extremely friendly, professional, and apologetic. He replaced two orders for me as well as adding rewardsto my app as compensation. However, The employees that are in charge of cooking and actually getting the orders together arehorrible. As you can see, my replacement order was disgusting and I?m not eating this either. The fries are brown and cold. Thechicken taste like it was cooked hours before. AND I did not get the correct sauces . I don?t understand what the issue is atthis location, but they need some serious help. You?d think that with them knowing this was a replacement order because of theissues previously they would go above and beyond to make sure that this one was correct, but no. They could care less. I just went there to get a breakfast bowl, didn't get to check the bag before heading home. Oh surprise, I get home and I get... what probably is 1/2 scramble egg and the thinnest pieces if chicken I have ever seen in my life. I mean this "meal" is meantfor a 1 year old.....My guess, or they should rename it "the baby scrambled 1/2 egg super thin sliced chicken bowl".... Thislocation is definitely cutting corners trying to save eggs for the rest of the city. Give me my money back! Read more
