Fast moving drive thru...always ask about sauces and actually provide you what you need...i.e. utensils, napkins etc.

Food was good, but they are cutting back on portion size. When I asked the manager about getting a trial size container for my... French fries combo meal, I was told that it was due to a study that Arbys performed and found that their size portions werelarger than any other by a wide margin so they are trying the Canada size portions in the US at select stores. Poor experience tonight. The young lady in the drive thru acted like I was an inconvenience to her. And I asked for no sauce... on my gyro and not only got sauce, it was more sauce than food. Read more

Worst experience from Arby?s, When I usually get the buffalo chicken Sandwhich, the sauce is bright orange and there?s a bunch... of sauce. When I received this Buffalo chicken Sandwhich it was BROWN?! It was over-cooked and the wasn?t much sauce and ifthere was it was still completely dry. Also i asked for a plain sandwich yet they give me a chicken sandwich with mayo. Saveyour money. Read more

I ordered two chicken bacon swiss sandwiches and a roast beef sandwich. Everything was going well until we got home. I opened up... the boxes to check the sandwiches, AND THERE WASN?T ANY CHICKEN OR BEEF. They managed to forget the main ingredient of thesandwiches. Do better Read more

I ordered my food ahead on the way to Atlanta. Instead of choosing "now" I picked a time about 20 mins later (to give them ample... time, trying to be thoughtful...) When I arrived after the ready by time, I didn't notice anything sitting out. No problem, Iwaited. After about 10 mins, (and getting other peoples food out that had also obviously been waiting) they call out "order forKenny." Well, knowing how people butcher my last name, I asked if it was Kaney, they said no Kenny. I looked at the bag, butunfortunately it had NO receipt, tag, or otherwise to identify who it was for...I mean how would anyone who arrived afterwardsknow it was theirs? Anyhow, after waiting about 10 more minutes, I asked the person at the register if they were working on myorder, I showed her the order on my phone and she assured me they were working on it. After ten more minutes, I ask anotheremployee to check. I told them my name and they said they didn't see any order, then they looked down the screen and said thelast online order was for Kenny....grrrr. After 40 minutes from the point which I ordered, I find out that my order had beensitting there this whole time with NO name on it, wrong name called out, misinformation multiple times. Obviously everything wascold. There was no drink with the order, which was another reason I didn't assume the unlabeled order was mine, so i asked formy drink. They asked what size, and I said it was a small. So the (I presume manager) tells one of the employees to grab me asmall coke. After all of the terrible service, you would think he would have at least said to give me a large drink orsomething...but nope. What a terrible team. I actually chose this place because it had the better ratings of the availableArby's on the way...oh well... Thankfully It's not likely I will ever eat here again. Ordered my food after standing at the counter for 10 minutes. Several other people got their food before us that had ordered... after. We had to go inquire about the food. it was just sitting on the counter. It took them 5 minutes to notice us waiting onthem to find out where it food was. The sandwich was cool. The fries were cold. 1 of them only half full. No one looks at thefront counter. Not a single employee has a hair net. Hair all over the place. Horrible experience. Read more
