First time eating at a zaxbys. Was told to pull up to a parking spot, I did. After 15 minutes I went inside where the manager(?)... said it went out "like 10 minutes ago". I do not understand the reason for making you go park at the drive-thru?Because then they forget your items and you have to go... back around into the drive-thru. It's a bit ridiculous and annoying to have to deal with. If I wanted to park and go inside Iwould have. I'm at the drive-thru for a reason to drive on through and get my food not go and park and have to come back aroundbecause they forgot my dressing for my salad. Also unprofessional and unpleasant staff. Laughing and side talking on the speakerthat I have to repeat my order. I came up everyone?s on there phone laughing . I paid for my order and then the lady comes back laughing saying I would have to... wait 6 minutes just to cook a fillet . And she will just give me a refund . I had to ask her if I could just order somethingelse and she said no because there?s nothing . And asked for my card laughing like everything was a joke . They did not get our order correct, they were out of fried pickles, and the food we did get was cold. I wouldn?t recommend.

I used to really like Zaxby's, so not sure if it was this location or if the brand had gone down. Food was kind of "meh". Bread... was stale and the order took about 15 minutes to come out (kids chicken strip sand a sandwich meal). Most of the options in thedrink fountain were out and although everything looked clean, things were kind of sticky and greasy feeling. Staff didn'treally seem very pleasant. Fast service, smells new, clean bathrooms, clean outside area and inside. Lots of tables and booths for the perfect eating... experience. Plus this location is HIRING! if your in need of work. Food is really good. We ordered the Cajun club meal and theclub sandwich meal. Both are served with fries and a drink of your choice. So good.
