Not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this location. Despite having seating this is not the place for dine in with your... family. I placed an order last night around 7:30 pm and the lady on the phone was very polite and helpful with my order. When Icame for pick up it did take a few minutes to be greeted but you?ve got to understand these kids are all working very hardjuggling phone orders, online orders, and 100s of doordash/grub hub/Uber eats orders. The cashier who rang us up, Youanna wasextremely friendly and nice. While I was waiting for my order, I watched Youanna deal with a very difficult customer for theentire 15 minutes I was waiting for my food. I guess I should have looked at the reviews before trying a new wingstop. Customer service is very bad, I paced an order online,... got to the restaurant at about 4:50 pm today 10/29, the cashier got my name and saw that they placed my order up there for herto hand it to me but she counted her drawer and clocked out a little after 5pm. At 5:15 they finally asked for my name again andrealized that was my order sitting up there (I know I should have asked but I figured the girl that left would have passed on myname to the next cashier). They ended up remaking my order so I ended up leaving the restaurant at 5:30pm, I did have an extra15 wings in my bag, I just hope that didn't belong to someone else. Horrible customer service. I placed an online order for chicken, fries and corn. I sent my daughter to pick up the order and... had only received the wings. I called up there to inquire about my fries and corn and was told they were out of corn and theycould give me fries. When I get there one young lady was texting on her phone and never acknowledged me. I told another girlthat I was coming in for my fries and corn and she said again they were out of corn and could give me fries. After waiting 10minutes for fries, she only brings me one order of fries. I ask her about the other fry to replace the corn and she argued withme saying I didn't ask for extra fries and I should've said it. She then goes back to make me more fries and slams them in thecounter. No to go box or anything. Long story short I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION. Too many young kids, no manageron duty and very poor customer service. Read more

Very bad customers service I called to place a order was on hold for 7 min hung up and called back the girl who answers said... real quick thank you for calling wing stop please hold and I couldn?t even get a word in was on hold for another 6 min myhusband called from his phone and same thing we even had to pass by to pick up our order from another place and there was no onein line while I was still on hold. Ordered online. Went to picked them up after we got the ready message, waited 40 minutes, when I told them to cancel after... inquiring about my order every 15 minutes they said it was ready. The order ended up missing items. They acted as if they weredoing customers a favor. Read more

Be careful ordering online for this location because if you need to cancel for any reason, you will likely not get a refund. I... placed an online order almost 3 weeks ago and I still have not received a promised refund. The store manager was not helpfuland even resistant to helping me get a refund on a canceled order. I went to the store twice to get the refund, provided areceipt and still cannot get a refund. The store manager said that he provided the information to the district manager andthat's all he could do. I still haven't seen the refund and store manager told me that he was "done talking to me about therefund." I told him that I was happy to escalate (wouldn't want to burden him any further of course) and follow up with thedistrict manager, but he refused to provide any contact information. I will be contacting my bank about the refund, but thisstore should take responsibility. Don't ever do an online order with this store! Read more
