After hearing about Whataburger from so many people up north how awesome it was. It was incredibly disappointing. Way too many... pickles, bacon was hard to chew, Mustard overpowered everything else. Fries were good. One of the workers feltoverwhelmed. Stopped serving breakfast at exactly 11am. Other people in line were there before 11am but because of the slowservice it was to late for them. Every time I go here lately they get my order wrong or the burgers are really dry. Today I waited 10 minutes in the drive... through for 2 breakfast burgers and got home and one of them didn't even have a patty on it. Read more
It's Whataburger, so the food is typically as expected, but the customer service is where this location is lacking. This is my... third negative experience with ordering from this location. I place my order online for curbside pickup. Each time my order isincorrect or incomplete and I end up having to wait. Using the app to place my order should mean accuracy and promptness. I just had the best service and experience from any whataburger I have ever visited. I actually visited this location @ 11:50pm.... The manager there, one of them name Jamal is who I wish all restaurant manager should be. He was polite, hard working, greetedeveryone. Food was perfect also. This place is completely run by kids. The last several times I?ve visited this location it has been an awful experience. Tonight... in particular I made my order for curbside and had to go inside to get my order which was wrong and incomplete. Upon enteringthere was 3 young boys at the counter with a line of customers the kids were talking to girls about so and so dating so and soand completely ignored people waiting the girls weren?t even ordering food they were asking for free food which theyreceived..I understand hiring young adults to work fast food however there needs to be a leader an adult to manage them andteach them. Having a teenager manage other teenagers is a very poor business model..35 dollars later the food and service wasinexcusable..get it together Whataburger if I wanted to waste my time and money I would have went Nextdoor to sonic. Order my meal, waited 15min in the dining room. Then approached the cashier to ask how much long for my double whataburger with... only cheese, bacon and mayo would be. 5 minutes later it arrived ( now 20min) I had to go ask for mayo as they took forever andstill didn't get my order correct. My usual lunch order has several customized selections and this location gets it right everytime. I lime the friendliness of the... staff. They make me feel welcome by greeting me when I walk in and there is someone that walks the restaurant area to make sureyour order was right and they always ask if I need anything. I have been going to this location for several years and this is avery friendly, clean and welcoming location. Read more
