After hearing about Whataburger from so many people up north how awesome it was. It was incredibly disappointing. Way too many... pickles, bacon was hard to chew, Mustard overpowered everything else. Fries were good. One of the workers feltoverwhelmed. Stopped serving breakfast at exactly 11am. Other people in line were there before 11am but because of the slowservice it was to late for them. Every time I go here lately they get my order wrong or the burgers are really dry. Today I waited 10 minutes in the drive... through for 2 breakfast burgers and got home and one of them didn't even have a patty on it. Read more
It's Whataburger, so the food is typically as expected, but the customer service is where this location is lacking. This is my... third negative experience with ordering from this location. I place my order online for curbside pickup. Each time my order isincorrect or incomplete and I end up having to wait. Using the app to place my order should mean accuracy and promptness. I just had the best service and experience from any whataburger I have ever visited. I actually visited this location @ 11:50pm.... The manager there, one of them name Jamal is who I wish all restaurant manager should be. He was polite, hard working, greetedeveryone. Food was perfect also. They make me feel welcome by greeting me when I walk in and there is someone that walks the restaurant area to make sureyour order was right and they always ask if I need anything.
