Everytime I call this location I don't care what time it is you will not get an employee to answer 15 rings no answer do you... have a contact number for the hearing impaired because no one works there can hear the phone ringing. 2. If you have a problemyou will have to drive back to let them know because you can forget any contact over the phone this is simply RIDICULOUS, TRAINSOMEONE TO KNOW WHEN THEY RECEIVE A CALL PICKUP THE PHONE. I went inside to order my food, as I?m waiting for my food to be made. I notice out the corner of my eye roaches run across the... counter top where the food is prepared. I completely freaked out and asked for the manager, for a refund because I was noteating there. Manager was so unconcerned about it, walked straight to the register, gave me my cash back, and walked awaywithout a word. I?m definitely not eating at Wendy?s now, I can?t unsee that. Read more
I asked for bourbon burger. They give me the burger but without the fried onions. I go back through drive through and let the... lady know. She then tells me her employees just told her they're out of those onions. She's was nice and sweet but I'm tired ofwendys playing with me. If I order something and you can't make it don't sell it to me. I even had to ask for a receipt. Thisseems to be the new normal and I will assume because it is this way they're probably hoping I don't get my receipt and call backabout my messed up order until I get home and it's too late to do anything about it. This Wendy's Restaurant has been around the corner, from our home since we moved to Cypress in September of 1987. Personally I... have never been disappointed with the service. This visit was extremely special. The two servers at the window liked the songplaying on my car stereo. When I turned it up all three of us started dancing movement's. Everything was fresh, correct and I was not asked to move forward to make the window time look like they were faster! The... service was EXCELLENT! Waste of money. Ordered a double cheese burger. Got no lettuce. Ordered the Italian chicken sandwich. Came dry with no sauce. I... called, and they said they were out of lettuce and Marinara.
