I ordered pancakes, hash browns and sausage. The pancakes were soggy and tasteless and the potatoes tasted like overcooked... mashed potatoes with undercooked onions sprinkled on top. Disgusting presentation! They forgot my syrup and butter... Icalled the restaurant and the hostess pretended to be the manager. She was not helpful at all. She kept telling me that I hadto contact Uber Eats. Uber Eats did not prepare this disgusting food! I will NEVER order from this disgusting place again!Also, I spoke to the manager and she was rude. She was yelling and trying to blame Uber Eats. She was so unprofessional anduncouth. She needs to work in another profession. The service is friendly and attentive. on weekends you?ll wait a little extra to get your food but the food is good. the last... time I went I ordered avocado toast and it came with the side salad. the amount of avocado is plentiful. my mom ordered briskettacos and she loved them. she chose a side of fruit. wait time to be seated was 30+ min on a sunday which is normal in the area. First time visit, I was on my way to Costco and decided to give it a try. I never like anyone eggs , no one!!! I order the eggs... and cake, and love their eggs! I got the French toast it was delicious and the bacon is crisp!! Will be back soon! Server wasextremely nice and polite!!! Read more

This was my first time here and wow, DELICIOUS! Jose O. was our server and he was amazing, very helpful and he remembered... everything he didn?t miss anything! He was on top of it all and had perfect timing! Definitely will come back! They have hugepancakes!! Biggest pancakes I have ever seen, so good! I came by the toasted yolk because I?m always in search of awesome breakfast. I walked in was seated in the back by the patio.... About 5 minutes later Jada came up and asked for my drink order. I ordered the coffee with milk and some sugar since they wereout. She comes back throws the sugar on the table couldn?t even hand it to me. She proceeded to ask if I was ready to order, Iplaced my order for the two eggs and a cake and a side of sausage. About 20 minutes goes by and my waitress didn?t even botherto check on me but instead was over by other waiters laughing and having a ball. Other servers were way more attentive to theircustomers than she was with me. Finally she comes over with a hi sweetheart Is everything ok? I?m like a refill would be nice.Yeah that happened about 10 minutes later. Food came out cold. The bacon was gooey, eggs were watery, and the sausage was justundercooked. I know this is harsh but snack shack nacho cheese on top of a breakfast burrito? Really? I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to have... cheddar cheese inside. No sign of any of it. And I asked for no sausage but somehow there's sausage inside. I would have ratedit better had the meal been correct. I'm not sure I want to try this restaurant in person.
