Paid 40 worth of food, 3 tacos were missing. One of the hardshells had a thimble of meat in the middle. The rest was lettuce.... This place is hit or miss. I designate it by teams. I truly hope the young lady that was working Sue you guys I sat in the lobby and she was helping a family mind you it?s hot in... the restaurant not sure if AC was not working looks like the young girl was needing a break I couldn?t hear to clearly but themanager or whoever he was Calvin was beyond disrespectful I have never never hear anyone in a lead position curse at employeesnor offer help. What type of leaders do you employ to be so condescending and rude. I see with the younger workers YALL feelthey don?t have rights or know their rights in the workplace. If I didn?t have to leave I was going to wait and Inform the youngworker to call the EEOC on you guys. No way anyone should be treated in that manner. Staff super unfriendly took forever for staff to approach and.then was told had to order in kiosk out of Mexican pizzas I was... told they cannot change the Baja blast Told no manager on site when asked to speak to one lurch looking staff member with nohair net touching hair and face with gloves on then right back to touching food. ???? avoid at all cost manager should beashamed dining room dirty windows dirty chairs in disarray. Horrible staff. Refused to take our order. They demanded we use the kiosk to do it ourselves. I told them 3 times nicely... that the kiosks did not have some of the items we were ordering and I needed them to place the order. They stood and arguedlonger then it would have taken to just place the order. Total incompetence at this location. I would give negative starsif it would let me. This location needs to close if they can?t do the one thing they are there for, which is make food forpeople. Read more
Horrible staff. I am at this location now making this comment. I am a doordasher and got an order to pickup here 03/29/2022. I... was at their door around 10:12am (the door was supposed to be open 10am) but it was locked. After some minutes of waiting at thedoor, a short latina lady was at the door to tell me that I should give her a second. After about 3 minutes of waiting outside,at the door, I drove into the drive through requesting to be served. Same lady now demanded I go around, out of her drivethrough and back via the door. This after I'd spent about 10 minutes waiting to pickup just an order. I refused herinstructions, demanding to be served via the drive through. She said she refuses to serve me and I refused to move out of thedrive through. An African American colleague of hers (male) came in and resolved the impass. I came in that night to get me a beef cheesy and let tell ya, that things done busted in my mouth and I as a man have never felt... so violated and embarrassed by this burrito. But I loved every second of it. But yeah the service was awesome! Read more
