The sandwich maker was excellent. She was kind respectful and diligent. There was an issue, however, with checking out. I was... using a coupon and credit from the app and their register wouldn't accept the payment. They tried different ways and I eventried to pay with a different source but the system just wasn't having it. The owners happened to walk in during the issue andcouldn't seem to resolve it either. They ended up having to do some recalculating and use different items in order to get theprice more accurate. This process easily took 20+ minutes and was very frustrating. The Manager (NOT the owners apologized andkindly explained how they calculated to reduce the price as per my coupon and credit,(because neither of which were left in myaccount due to all their trials.) So SANDWHICH maker 5 stars, Manager 5 stars, owners (it's a good thing you hired goodemployees) get 2 stars. You really need to learn your system and be sure the app and your system can agree and coexist. Read more

Haven't been to a Subway in awhile. New menu comes out so I wanted to check it out. All was well until I went to get my sweet... tea. I wasn't staying in the store so I got a large. I filled it up and wanted to drink some and then refill and go. I didn'tput a lid on it, thank goodness, because as I got halfway down there was a dead roach in my cup. It had to of came from thedispenser to the tea. I was told to grab a bottled tea from the refrigerator. No apologies, no sincere attitude, nothing. I willNEVER go back to Subway again. Read more

The store was empty and the 3 ladies were trying to make my and my son's orders like it was a line of 20 behind me trying to... make us decide in one second all teir options, NOT EVERYONE have memorized your lists of cheese, meats, etc so they can finallyrun to the back and continue with their gossiping. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Long story short, my sister went in there with my two nieces (4&6) and order herself and... the two kids sandwiches. They made her the wrong thing and charge her for that wrong order (unbeknownst to my sister). She paidand my oldest niece grabs some chip and milk (because that?s what she ordered). An *adult* woman (that works there) accuses myniece of stealing instead of talking to my sister. Proceeds to yell at my 6 year old niece and arguing with my sister about howshe didn?t pay. They woman behind my sister in line even tells the employee AND the manager that my sister ordered the milk andchips. They messed up her whole order it turns out and makes her pay the difference. Save yourself some emotional energy and goto a different subway. These people are toxic. Read more

Food quality is always better but the problem is a staff they really don't understand how to place an order at the check out. I... placed 5 sandwiches order, 2 of them were egg sandwiches and 3 were veggie sandwiches what they were doing is they were chargingme egg separately which is $3 each sandwich on veggies which comes out to be $9. They don't have any $9 sub at all. I told thelady at the checkout please fix the order since breakfast order is all day long which means I can get egg sandwich any time ofthe day sodon't charge me separate for that and And she voided the order completely and entered again. I saved almost $7 byasking them to fix it. This is not the product issue just the staff at that location which i believe were new and slow inservices too. They burned one of my bread while toasting and on top of that they were giving me that instead of replacingit..... Read more

I've ordered from this location on Uber Eats twice. Both times, my order was messed up. I specified to have them toasted and... neither sandwich had been toasted. The bread was hard on my 2nd sub. The only good things about my sandwiches is that they stilltaste decent and they have the toppings I requested. Read more

It was right at 9:50pm and we ordered salads and everything was wilted...the don't chop them up for you anymore. But the two... young men working it this particular night were very respectful young men. They would both get 5 stars. Read more
