This location is usually awesome, but oh it was a mess the other night. We did a mobile order which usually works great. We... waited a long time, which is honestly fine. Someone finally came out (not including her name, but I noted it) and muttered ourorder. She told us that the payment hadn?t gone through, which was odd. Turns out, she charged us for someone else?s order. Iasked for a refund, and she told me somewhat angrily that she didn?t know how to do that. I?ve worked fast food and said,someone in there knows how, maybe a shift supervisor? We did get the refund (thank you!) but first we were told that they didn?tget our mobile order. That ended up not being true, but they couldn?t find the drink order. I asked the carhop if she couldwrite it down. She didn?t have a pen, and stared at us ominously while I searched for one. I ultimately got out to go tell it toher closer to the kitchen. After maybe 40 minutes we finally got the food! The drinks were not even slightly accurate. We paidover $40 for this whole mess. As a fast food worker myself, honestly the most stunning thing to me was no one apologized *atall.* I?ve made many, many apologies for orders gone wrong in my time, so that was kind of shocking. The morning weekday staff is awesome and fast! The dinner time staff is lacking. They didn't know if I was in the drive thru... or a stall, and I had to repeat my order multiple times. I asked for a drink holder 4 times! Please get it together! Read more
The food was great. The staff was awesome. The only small complaint would be that they put the napkin in the bottom of the bag... so it kind of had a little grease from the french fries / tater tots not a big thing but everything else was great Read more
