This location is convenient however service is bad, the employee turn over happen often resulting in store being closed... randomly. Slow service , lack of training , order made taste different or completely wrong. Employee seem overwhelmed and rude.One was mad because the owner made her wash windows? Just go to a different location for better service and drinks made right. Read more

Apparently manners aren?t part of the training program at this location. On September 8th the 3 snobs working here we?re on the... giving end of one of the worst drive-thru experiences I?ve ever experienced. Which is saying a lot considering it?s prettyaverage to expect most drive-thru employees to seem uninvested in what they do most of the time. When I was placing my orderthe woman taking my order rudely responded with, ?Yeah? I gUeSsss,? when I asked if she could give me a minute to look up myfriend?s order. As if she had somewhere else to be other than her job. The girl at the second window handed me my drinks andslammed the doors shut before I could even ask her for the straws she forgot to hand me. Forcing me to have to honk the horn forten seconds before anyone came out to help me. Overall this location is trash, the smoothies are trash and this was just thethe last straw before deciding to take my business elsewhere, as should anyone reading this do if you want quality service. This use to be my favorite location up until recently. I've been a long time customer of 6 yrs. Not sure what's going on with... the new hires & their level of care & concern for the business but it's definitely been poor lately. On Friday ($6 friday) therewas 1 girl working by herself for many hours..poor thing. I have experienced attitude over the speaker, half closed smoothieswith smoothie all over the cup, no napkins, smoothies with chunks of ice, smoothies so thick I cant drink out of the providedstraw, I'll ask for a foam cup only to receive a plastic one, extreme wait times...I have never been treated like this. I findmyself driving further & paying a little more bc of the things listed above. My money & time are valuable and would love tocontinue to support the business but not with this poor service. Hopefully you can find some better employees. Read more

The work environment at that smothie king was great. Those two girl radiant good energy. I will say this Rachel did drop my... card so I guess that was the only bad thing but besides that it was great being there Read more

Good service. Good product. The only reason for 4 stars is because they don't open on time as advertised. Multiple times I have... stopped on the way to work and they are always 10-15 mins late opening and on several occasions have lost my business. Not justmine but several people have left after waiting. Need to enforce timeliness. Read more

I visited this location around 1pm on 8/13/21 and it busy but the lack of organization inside was chaos. They had to remake 2 of... my smoothies as they were not sure if it was made correctly. Another mans order was made wrong and it was the wrong size. Ibelieve while I was there about 3 or 4 drinks were made but nobody knew who they went to. Suggestions to management as theyhave hard workers: -Print labels and stick on cups (similar to Starbucks) -While very busy both inside and drive-thru separatea few employees and have them turn off headset, as I believe this caused a lot of confusion and have them just focus oncustomers inside. - train shift leaders about organization The 5 drinks that were made were not of quality that the locationtypically has. Also, a young female was getting mad at a customer because his order was wrong. She said a couple times ?if youlet me talk, I am telling you?. The guy wasn?t being rude but he was frustrated that his drink was taking so long and the wrongsize was put into the system. The young lady was frustrated clearly but she came off very rude. Hope the ?rush hour? servicegets better Might want to have a training session where you challenge employees and shift leaders after hours and do a ?rushhour? scenario with them. I gave 3 stars this time because I frequent the location but the drinks were not great and wait wasway too long. If I didn?t frequent the location, I would have given a 1 star. Read more
