Prices for fries and drinks were a bit much, burgers priced fairly. Burgers were really delicious and just big enough. The... restaurant seemed disheveled with a random table blocking the service window from the dining area and getting in the way of oneof the main walkways. Three sets of bench seating had several tables missing completely like it was still 2020, leaving fewerseating options, and then they hadn't bussed many of the other tables. Service was slow, but that?s not what bothered me. I asked for tots, I did not receive any tots because he claimed he did not... hear me. I then had to go back outside to get my CC to pay for another order of tots. Then had to wait an additional 5 minutesfor them to cook, so my other food was cool standing there waiting. When I paid for my order, the guy was super excited to tellme about a survey. When I asked him about the survey again, he claimed he didn?t know, but that?s only because he messed up myorder. It was ok to try something outside our norm. Grilled chicken patty was tiny and paper thin, one of our fries came out completely... cold, and the regular tea wasn't brewed properly (tasted like grounds) and then ran out completely. The one girl working thecounted was working her tail off. Read more
This was terrible... Like I can't even explain. I love Smashbirger but the experience was awful. I ordered a beam burger and... couldn't even eat it because it fell apart. Apparently it's not a burger, it's bean scoops on buns, not a patty. I asked for mymy meal to be remade. I asked for a smashburger in it's place. I got a burger that was so hot, it singed my tongue. I also didnot get my fries back. I gave them a basket full of fried and a barely eaten burger. I got in return a oily hot burger with nofries... The service was tart as well. Good service on my visit. Price is high for a small amount of beef. Shoe string onions were VERY salty...maybe that?s normal,... maybe it was just today. Not sure. Burger with bacon was tasty! Read more
always great quality food, and it comes out really quick. I absolutely love their roasted brussels sprouts and sweet potato... fries. They?re milkshakes are very good as well if you have a sweet tooth. I love how you can get any burger with a differentpatty of your choice! Read more
