Great service and do-nuts. What more could you ask for.
I went at a time when donuts should have been hot and fresh but they missed the target in a very large way. They tasted a day... old and we got a variety so it was not just one thing. They also had run out of milk and juice....really. Talk about badplanning. The donuts were also lean on selecting and no one was making any in the back. There was only one employee there. Thestore still had all day to be open so not sure how that worked out for them. I love Shipley donuts so this was a majordisappointment. Read more
Excellent donuts, just as I suspected. Always better than any donut place, to date.
We were going to buy a dozen donuts as usual but they refused to make more of the white cream filled donuts that they have done... before in the past as we waited. Male young kid was rude and didn?t care so I told them to forget it. He threw the box on thecounter as we walked out. Will not return to this location. Read more

This is a brand new location for Shipley Donuts that popped up on my drive to work. The location is very convenient the... facilities are very clean and have a modern appearance. The storefront is easily visible from the main road. The staff were warmand friendly. I made a special request for hot glazed donuts and they were able to comply in 3 minutes. The prices are just alittle bit higher than the average Shipley's but the quality is just as good. Read more
Paid cash , cashier handed me change back and a bill was blacked out with writing all over it when I ask if they could swap the... bill because they literally just gave it to me and I told them I would not be able to use it anywhere else , they laughed andshut the window ... Very very ugly and rude never visiting this location again. Read more
