Reviews for Russo New York Pizzeria & Italian Kitchen - Bridgeland in Cypress, TX
Great first experience. Very well located in Bridgeland. Easy parking. Lots of capacity inside and outside. The restaurant is... warm and well decorated. Large choice of Italian dishes. They also have draft beer and TV if you want to follow some sportevents. We took 2 pizzas. My calzone was beautiful from outside and excellent Read more
Pizza here is fantastic, but just a note to the manager and owner, this location needs an improvement in customer service or... just basic social interaction ability in general. Everyone is nice but no eye contact, looks of confusion, and just zero verbalcommunication. I\'ll still come here though, just trying to help :) Read more
My daughters and I came in and decided to dine in. After seating ourselves a young male employee was already helping another... table. When a family came in sometime after us he immediately greeted them and offered a menu and continued to serve them. I hadto get up and ask another employee if we could be assisted. If my children didn?t want to stay here to eat I would have left. Read more
Was pretty excited about eating at this spot, I ordered the Chicken Piccata, big disappointment! I attached a picture, showing... the lack of sauce, if any. I asked the waiter for extra sauce on the side and he said there wasn?t any. Waited 20 minutes forsomeone to take our order, then another 20 minutes for our bruschetta. The bruschetta came out with my husband?s main dish, andI watched him eat as I waited for my dish to come out. Dissatisfied customer! Read more
I was really hoping this place would be good. Bridgeland has been in need of more restaurants. Delivery was a little late, but... when I called to check status, the staff on the phone was very polite and friendly and let me know the kitchen was running alittle behind. Delivery driver was also friendly.\nUnfortunately, when we opened the pizza box after it was delivered, we foundhalf of the toppings off to the side and a significantly undercooked crust. The middle was inedible, and for the parts we dideat, we had to put in the air fryer first. We?ll be waiting to give this place another try for at least another several monthsin hopes that they?re still working out the kinks. Read more
Stopped by the bridgeland location. My son and I ordered a kids cheese pizza, spaghetti and a side Caesar salad. The salad was... beyond excellent, the pizza was good just a little bland, the spaghetti noodles were a bit on the hard side but the flavor wasgreat. Read more
Gross. Gnocchi was so mushy, it didn?t even look like the little round gnocchi shape they were supposed to be. It was just so... mushy and disgusting. The garlic bread was cold. And the pasta my friend ordered was bland and dry. Way too expensive for thequality of the food. Read more
So I\'ll start by saying the food... it\'s OK. But the problem is I\'ve eaten at other Russo\'s pizza places and love the pizza... and wife loves the wings.\n\nThis location though... not so much. The pizza for starters is NOT NY pizza and it\'s not evenlike other Russo\'s. The pizza crust is twice as thick as it should be, or even more.\n\nThe wings were equally disappointing.Russo wings are usually heavily breaded and fried crispy. Even the website shows them as such when you browse the menu. The oneswe received were oven baked and no better than domino\'s.\n\nThe place gets 2 stars because the servers were friendly and thefood was still OK but just OK. It certainly was not on any where near the quality of Russo pizzeria places but the prices were.Overall it\'s like getting domino\'s for 3 times the price. Read more
