The pizzas were horrible!!! The crust stunk and all the sauce was at the edges with nothing in the middle. Plus they put so... many black olives on one pizza it was unreal!!! The distribution of ingredients was horrible, some pieces only had black oliveson them. I doubt I?ll go back. Read more

Had my usual cheese breadstx for a quick snack. The manager not present this time and I do not think he would be happy. Terrible. In the 15 years I?ve lived in this area, I have ordered from this Pizza Hut location 5 times. The first two times... after ordering online, I was contacted 20-30 minutes AFTER my order was placed (and credit card charged) by the location toinform me that they were ?out? of two ingredients I had chosen for my pizza? ingredients that are fairly common such aspepperoni and hamburger. Both times I canceled my order. Some few years later, I attempted a third and fourth time to orderonline from this location, for delivery, and on each occasion, was given a confirmation number and my credit card charged. Afterover an hour later of seeing no movement updated on the tracker, (both times) I contacted the location and was told that theynever received my order. When I informed them that my credit card had been charged, and a confirmation number given, theycouldn?t explain why they hadn?t received my order, nor did they know what to do to help me out. Nor did they care. On bothoccasions, they were rude, and clueless. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company, (which cost me money,) for anissue that wasn?t even my fault?and that this Pizza Hut location couldn?t have cared less about. Fast-forward approximately 4-5years later, tonight, I decided to give them another chance hoping that in the 10 to 14 years maybe they would get it right. Asthe store location didn?t answer their phone, I placed my order online for delivery. A confirmation number was given and mycredit card charged. After an hour?s time went by, and no movement seen on the tracker, I called this location 3 times beforesomeone finally answered. It was the same story again?.they had not received my order, even though I had a confirmation numberand my credit card was charged. In the past, I would order several pizzas for my 7 children (and their friends), but lately, the pizzas have been extremely dry... and very unappetizing. I order pizza 2-3 times a month and went back here to try again...same song and dance...DRY. Thedrivers are the GREAT...thus earning the only star. Read more
Both of the pizzas we ordered tasted horrible. The crust has changed and now tastes like cardboard. I had orders a 3 topping... pizza and there was nothing on it. I mean I think I might have had 5 pieces of ham on the entire large pizza. The kids threwtheir pieces away because the crust was so disgusting. Read more
Not even sure why I?m even giving more than a star. From pity I guess. Wasn?t always so awful. This location has gone down so... much over the last three years. Late deliveries, messed up orders, over cooked, and weird tasting cheese. Let me know oncesomething changes or improves so o can try again. Until then no thanks. Read more
