I've been eating here practically weekly since they opened. It's one of the few places I would dine in during these times... because of how meticulous they are always about checking people's temperature when they come in and sanitizing the interior. Thefood here is consistent and high quality using fresh ingredients. My favorites are the spicy noodle soup with Bun Bo Hue and thePho with that meaty slab of short rib that's so tender. We've gotten takeout here twice already and the food is great. I got spring rolls both times. They put pieces of crunchy... rolled-up eggroll skins throughout the spring roll so every bite has some crunch to it. The Pho Ga broth is amazing! This isdefinitely my new Pho place from here on out. The food here is amazing! We love this Vietnamese restaurant here because it's aromatic and the portion is a big load. The large... special Pho had all kinds of meats and was very filling. We also ordered the sliced pork with rice which is massive withchar-grilled lemongrass sliced pork, egg roll, egg cake, and egg with steam rice. And their spring rolls are must-haves! Delicious! I really enjoyed the food. The egg rolls were crispy and not too hot. Shrimp and vegetables in these are very fresh... and my daughter can't stop eating. Pho taste good. I didn?t order tea but got it. Bambu special is good. Nice and clean and open layout.

These dishes were amazing, except for the pork in the noodles which they replaced for something else and the amount of food for... the lomo saltado which they say they'll make sure it gets more of next time. This is a really good place. Excellent customer service, fast service and the food it?s delicious. The prices are great and they... have different pho sizes. My husband and I ordered the pho number 26. Pho seafood in size large and XL. It?s not expensive wejust spent $29 for both pho. Read more

We were very pleased with Pho Bo. The spring rolls were portioned well and wrapped tight. The bahn mi was flavorful and packed... pull. My wife said the pho had too many onions for her liking but was the best broth she?d had in a long time. Read more
