Best part of my order was the Pepsi. Pizza was cold. Didn?t taste fresh at all. Disappointing.
Mom of picky eaters. This is your place. We order online, pick up our Select 2 for 6.99 each, and eat the perfectly baked... cheese, little sauce pizza for lunch on the way home. Ordered by phone. Did not realize that I was talking to a call center in the Phillipines. Order not correct, we like triple... sauce, not able to choose that or put comments in via online that?s why calling locally but this was not local and she did nothave a way to put in notes. Each local Restaurant lists a different local unique phone number, but they all route to thephillipines. That?s deceptive and in recent adverts here in Houston it?s specifically says local Texas operations. I?m trying tocall the local news to get this deception in the public eye. Right here in Texas papa John?s is lying to us about being localand can?t even leverage a call center operation properly to ensure quality. Never ever eat them, support Marcos or even Dominosat this point. Read more
This used to be a good location. Something has changed over the last year. Prices have gone up, service and quality has gone... down. My business and my money will go elsewhere. Get it together, Papa Johns. Seems like the management and employees do notcare about customers or quality product. Read more
Visiting a relative in Texas, I offered to treat everyone to a delicious dinner. We love our Papa Johns in Roanoke, VA, so out... of all the pizza places in Cypress, I chose this one because I trusted the quality and taste would be the same. I did NOT choosewisely. We waited and waited, and if the pizza had only been cold, but still had the correct toppings, we could have warmed itup for a late dinner. However, it was truly like cardboard, inedible, and went straight in the trash. Extremely disappointing. Read more
We love our pepperoni pizza and we saw this seasonal Pumpkin pizza with pepperonis around it and it has a little face. It look... really cool. And we got this (see photos). I didn't raise a big concern but I called them and told them. The manager responds(orwhom I assume was the manager) with 'this is how we are told to make them. With 3 pepperonis for each eye and 7 pepperonis forthe lips'. Well this is NOT the picture. If you wanted any pepperonis, you needed to cut in the middle. The picture (showingwhat it is SUPPOSED to look like) shows pepperonis surrounding the entire pumpkin. And she responds with 'we do not make it howthe picture looks'. We won't be back here.
