The food (that was ordered online before we got there) hadn't even been made when we arrived, even though we arrived ~5 minutes... after it said it would be done. It ended up being given to me almost 20 minutes after the time the website gave us. When I didfinally get the food the fried rice was bland and the beyond orange chicken didn't taste very good overall. Although it wasclean, the staff was friendly, and the Chow Mein was good. Cold food, drink station was not clean, employees standing around not helping during high volume time, employees touching their... face and adjusting their face masks without properly washing their hands or even changing their gloves, sanitizer buckets lefton top of tables, dining room floors and tables look disgusting. I?ve been noticing over the last couple years, panda express has been losing its quality, or the workers there truly don?t care.... I had the white steamed rice, and it was so dry and tasted like it had been made yesterday? Only thing that saves them is theirflavors. The meat even tastes super hard like it?s been over cooked, I?m assuming the workers just don?t care. I can tell that alot of fast food industry chains are losing quality. The speed of service at the drive thru sucks at this location and it's not because they're short staff. Every time I go, I see 5... to 6 employees. Even when there's a car at the window they make you wait 5 minutes for them to take your order. It only happensat this location. Read more
After around 6:30 or so they stop cooking and if you get there later they are out of certain things. Closing at 9pm. First they... were out of Lo Mein, then shrimp then Teriyaki chicken. Really?? Had to settle for whatever they had. Read more
I love panda express and eat it often but this last visit made me not want panda for a very long time. Went to the location on... Fry road n cypress tx and had the worst experience. Not to mention this is a newer location. Got there at abt 130 on my lunchbreak for 3 3 meat plates. All of the meats that I wanted was empty! I had to wait for them to literally cook every meat! Veryunprofessional! Very disappointed! My receipt shows me walking out at 2:07. Totally unacceptable. Food was good but service wasabsolutely horrible. I will never visit this location agn. Read more
The food is not whatvit used to be.. now the rice is very dry and chicken doesn't taste good. I am very disappointed.
