Drive thru was closed due to maintenance and the service was incredibly slow. There were several employees standing around while... I was inside while a long line of people waited. A lot of popular dishes were empty or almost empty and looked like they hadbeen sitting out for a while. They continued to serve the old food to finish it up prior to serving the freshly cooked batches.Employees weren?t rude but didn?t go out of their way to be helpful or friendly especially the manager who had a bit of anattitude speaking to several employees. Of the worst. We have been customers of this restaurant for a long time. We have often observed many shortcomings, but this... day has been the last straw. We arrived at 10:45 and parked in front of the entrance just as an employee came in, we asked ifit was open yet and he ignored us. We decided to go to the take-out line and there he spoke to us to tell us that they wouldstart serving until 11, which was still 15 minutes away. We decided to wait i line, two minutes later he ordered us to withdrawfrom the line, that we couldn't stay there. We asked him if at eleven o'clock they would have everything ready to serve us andhe told us with great confidence that they would. We waited in the parking lot and when we got back to the line there wereother people ahead of us. When we wanted to order, this girl told us that the food was not ready that we should wait twentymore minutes, we complained to her and she was not kind at all, she said that the cookers had not arrived. Bad vegetables. I'm sure the stems are NOT suppose to be black and you left the husk in the cabbage and thought it was proper to... serve this? I stopped by on a whim and had never ate at this location before. I wish I had read the reviews first. Everythingwas hot but this location obviously take shortcuts at the risk of the customer's health. Read more

Second time I?ve ordered online and they just didn?t notice. My order was 30 minutes late and they only made it because I asked... what was going on. It would have been faster to order in the store. One time I can deal with, but two visits in a row? Don?torder online at this location. Read more

The food was good but I did not receive my two egg rolls and crab Rangoon. I have called the store 6 times and no one is... answering. How am I suppose to get my money back for those items I did not get. I also live 30 mins away from this panda so it?sa long drive to go back. I am so upset! I wouldn?t have been so mad if someone at the store picked up the phone. Read more

If I were you I would find a different location. The service is poor, I waited 20 minutes before the staff acknowledged that I... needed to be serve. They allowed people to jump ahead in line. It takes 10-20 minutes to prepare side items. Last but notleast, the portions were small and I said something. Nathan apologized and said he knows. That sad when the staff understandstheir not giving you, your money's worth. Read more

The rice was burnt, dry and hard. The egg rolls were burnt and old. They rushed us out though the drive thru and when I got home... I discovered this disgusting mess. Read more

First I get something that wasn't beef pepper steak....it never came with broccoli and mushrooms before! I got charged $1.25... extra and got less meat! Then they forgot my egg roll. The guy looked at my receipt and tried to tell me I ordered one....Iactually ordered two. He had a bad attitude about having to grab one egg roll! No "I'm sorry" nothing! Now that I'm home... myfood is cold because I had to go back in! I won't be back! (The picture on the plate shows how much meat I got after paying$1.25 extra!!!) Read more
