I have been to this location twice and I am a very friendly person and love to reward workers tips just because I have been... there. Anyway I never receive a warm welcoming. The first time I said maybe a bad day but then the second time had meuncomfortable again. The truth is I feel Like because I am African American they barely want to hand me a napkin. My son smileand be friendly and it?s like they are scared. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this is twice the same feeling. We were also the only minorities in there as well both times. We did not sit in there and eat because it felt like they wantedus out. Even one customer grab their Child who was roaming around freely before my 8 year old walked in. I will not go back butI want to make them aware of their actions . Even my 8 year old said mom they are not very kid people. I told him still be kindeven when they are not . The yogurt is good to bad the service makes you feel unwanted Read more

I wouldn't go anywhere else if you paid me. The staff is always friendly, the yogurt tastes good and the toppings are not... touched by gross hands or mixed together by small unsupervised children. Read more
Today I had not so good of a visit as today I wanted to celebrate national yogurt day & this location had an invite to come in... for the buy one get one free for celebrating National Yogurt Day , sadly after gathering 3 children yogurts and 2 adults theladies working there said they are not participating in National Yogurt Day , we really could not afford this today & only camebecause of their posting . I recommend if you want to celebrate it then you?d need to call the places you?d be interested in andcheck 1st to see if they are honoring the post . We won?t be coming back due to seeing we?re not being appreciated as customers. Hopefully they will see rewarding customers from time to time will make their business grow . Read more

Completely embarrassed by the two girl that work at this location! Went in yesterday with my husband and 3 year old son to enjoy... some froyo and after weighing our froyo me and my 3 year old sat down and started enjoying our froyo while my husband paid, wellturns out they don?t except 50s so my husband told them he was going to go break the change at Kroger while me and my son stayedto eat out froyo until he came back to pay? The girls completely embarrassed us by telling me and my 3 year old we had to putthe froyo back in the freezer until he came back because they needed to reweigh the froyo instead of writing the amount down orsaving the canceled transaction receipt! If they don?t accept 50?a they really need to put a sign up! We don?t know you don?texcept 50?s! My son was crying because he thought he was getting his froyo taken away! Horrible customer service fromthem! Response to owner: There are definitely better ways to handle the situation 1 and 2 we have been to this location plentyof times and have yet to see the sign you have supposedly posted in the store. Me and my husband always pay with cash and alwayslook for the signs that say that and never once seen that sign anywhere in the store not by the register and not near the frontdoor. I even looked for it yesterday after she said y?all don?t accept 50?s and didn?t see one. If you feel this is the way youshould treat customers then you shouldn?t be in the customer service business. We definitely will not be returning! Read more
