"Initially, I tried a few meals from MPG and loved them! They have options for every meal of the day and snacks! The meal plans... were a great part of their services as well! The convenience of just popping in and grabbing your meals was the selling pointfor me because a lot of prep places don?t have that convenience part and don?t offer fresh options for you to choose. I came to MPG after my doctor told me to lose 10 lbs due to lab work and a friend recommended the location. Within 6 weeks of... lunch and dinner, my labs were NORMAL! I continued with MPG because it was easy and convenient. I've done 2 of the plans, a 3week and a 5 week. To date, I have lost 15 lbs. Amazing experience, a ton of progress great macros. Cons: Green beans are awful, the Greek salad has olives with the pit in... them and they don?t tell you I almost broke my teeth multiple times, the red meats can really really suck, and the sweet potatomash tastes pretty bad IMO, lack of transparency on things like calories and macros in smoothies or in their energy bars, andthe cinnamon rolls they have there are about 2,000 calories per roll which is ridiculous. Pros: Easy grab and go, guaranteed tohit your macros every day, no thought required, salmon is top tier, I won?t get tired of the chicken, fairly decent price permeal, amazing customer service, Seems like there?s a lot more cons BUT the pros are so amazing that I?d still give MPG 4/5stars.
