To the crew that worked on 9-14-2022 at 3:15pm Simply thank you. On the way home from picking the kiddos up from school we... periodically stop and try different mcdonalds as we haven't been happy with the surrounding locations. You all had the freshestand hottest fries, my quarter pounder with cheese and bacon looked as if it was just removed from the grill. Bacon was crispyand the sauce and pickles were fresh. My blue raspberry icee was solid. I know many people only take time to pin bad reviewswhen they are not satisfied and they rarely take time to put up good reviews, but today you all got it right. If this crew canmaintain this level of service you all could literally corner the McDonald franchise market in the surrounding area. I wasthoroughly surprised to see a 3.5 star rating. I hope you all are on the rise and that changes to a 4.8.... Making this a normwould put the other locations out of service if they don't pick it up. No more Smiles, the end of Good Service. The friendly welcoming smiles and greetings from the staff are now replaced by a cold,... unfriendly kiosk. You are expected to take your own order and check yourself out... where is the service. Next time they willhave you cleaning the tables, bathrooms, and parking lot too. Read more
They are listed on maps as 24 hours. I worked late, and needed a quick meal. I had an hour drive in front of me at 12am. After... driving 8 min off of my route, I get there and see some one inside, but menu in drive through, and lights outside of thebuilding off. Read more
I was scheduled for an interview at 3pm and upon arrival I was greeted very rudely. On top of the fact I was told to wait after... a quick scowl from the manager Melissa. Which I did. I waited for 40 minutes. Until I decided to go back to the front and Iheard a small gasp come from her then she asked if I was going to purchase something ? As if I was a customer. (Which the placeWAS NOT AT ALL BUSY) At that time I said Im not here to order, I'm here for my 3pm interview and she act like she couldn'tanswer. So I asked if I should come back tomorrow, at that point she shrugged and told me to come back tomorrow. Which I willnot. The restroom was disquieting and not well kept. The floor was wet and the tables needed to be cleaned where new customerswere eating on due to prior customers. Read more
Terrible McDonald's, not sure what it is, either laziness or incompetence but this fast food establishment and many others are... pretty much worthless these days. Foods cold, fountain drinks are flat and nasty, long wait times for what is supposed to be"fast" food and worst of all completely rude employees. Never going back to that cesspool. Read more
The only good thing was the Coke. The burgers were old, the cheese was cold, and the buns looked like someone literally stepped... on them. My dogs wouldn't even eat it. We all got sick from the couple of bites we took before throwing it in the trash. What awaste! Read more
McDonald's does a good job serving its drive thru customers. The one in Magnolia TX is incredibly crowded at lunchtime but... manages to keep the line moving. Food is Mickey D's - you know what your getting and it's usually pretty good. Read more
