This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Don't expect to get an ice coffee even if you ordered one. It's always HOT,... with barely any ice in it. It's just water coffee when the ice melts. Terrible! Read more
I asked for a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon meal and a double quarter pounder meal. First, I told the woman they forget... my fries. Unfortunately she did not speak English so there was a communication issue. Then, found out the guy taking order rangup just the burgers and drinks but not the meals. I was given fries, but then got home and found I didn't get what I order andhamburger's patty was still red and raw. Read more

Horrible staff. Trying to be funny when a customer is complaining. The sandwich was not cooked properly and I had cut bites for... my daughter. After 2 bites my daughter spit it out saying its not cooked properly. I showed 3 people of the staff and they werelaughing and behaving like I was doing it for a free sandwich after eating half of it. For 5 minutes they were just showing itaround to each other instead of just saying that they are sorry about that. Left the restaurant without their FREE sandwhich andhumiliated. First time ever coming to this McDonald?s will never come again. The bread on my double cheeseburger was very dry, no salt on my... french fries, I asked for sweet and sour sauce on the side and it wasn?t in the bag, and whoever took my order did not submitit to the back so they kept confusing my order with somebody else?s. I don?t expect much from any type of fast food restaurantbut the least they could do is just cook their products right and do their job right. I have worked at McDonald?s before I knowhow it feels to be an employee there but I also know how it feels to be a customer as well. I would never give my customers adry sandwich like that and salt less fries. Unless the customer specified no salt on fries. Will only come here for drinks nofood. It was of course McDonald's but again I don't know what's going on with French fries they're charging a fortune and then they... don't give you any Look at the photo I'm going to post how can they say this is a large French fry when it's fairly enough tofill a small the bottom of the carton was needed open so it made it even smaller Read more
Please put your jalapeños in clear containers, or at the very least, not in the chicken nugget containers. Someone must have... gotten confused, because this is what I received. I ordered a 4 chicken nugget happy meal and another order of 6 chickennuggets. It was not pleasant having to go through the drive thru and wait again in the middle of the lunch hour so this could befixed. Read more
