McAlister's is definitely head and shoulders above similar casual dining places. Everything is perfectly cleaned and the... ambience is most relaxing. The manageress, besides delivering the drinks and food to the table, also came over and asked if thefood tasted great and offered to refill the drinks. This way exceeded my expectations. This deli location is perfect for grabbing a bite before a movie. We had the New Yorker and French dip. Both were hot, fresh,... and tasty. The staff was awesome and nice as well. I'll keep this place on the regular rotation. Read more
First time here..The soups were very good we had tortilla soup and broccoli cheddar. Long time customer, usually very happy with their service and food. However, my BLT was very undercooked. When I called to let... them know, they didn?t seem to want to correct the problem today. But would try better next time. Terrible way to handle thisproblem. Will not be returning to this establishment.
