We are always asked to wait in the parking lot for our order. The order comes out wrong or missing ingredients at times. The... wait time is at least 30ins and you have to walk inside to check on your order and they hand it roght after that. Read more

If I could give this location a negative I would, I decided to come try y?all?s new pizza the thin crust do to The advertisement... I go in at 8:50 to be exact and when I try to place order the gentleman with long black hair told Me that i wasn?t able to ordermy pizza because they were closing in an HOUR! However I called the location at HWY6 and try to place order for the exactsame Pizza and they were able to make my pizza! Not only do I feel upset because I was trying to go near my home and because oftheir customer service I had to drive 15 min additional to be able to get a pizza. THIS IS HORRIBLE AND WHOEVER THE MANAGER ORGENERAL MANAGER Is they are running this place poorly! They can?t and won?t pick up the phone ever despite the fact that when Iwalked in they were in the back on their phones! Read more
No issue with my pizza 98.5% percent of the time and the other 1.5% of the time they politely fixed it. I dont wait til I get... home to check my order. I dont get my food delivered then blame them if it's cold. Wth so many people needing to call for...it'sa simple menu with cheap pizza. There's not one time I received a cold pizza. Usually too hot to sit on your lap. I used toDash so I know if you don't tip well drivers could care less about order accuracy or keeping your food warm, lbvs. This is avery popular and busy location so I dont expect to receive my food quickly if 50 cars are outside...last I don't expect stellarcustomer service from teenagers serving cheap pizza. They don't cook their pizza long enough or three oven isn't hot enough. Falls apart, soggy.. gross.. Shouldn't be like this..... frozen pizza at the store is better... Don't get me wrong the cheese was nice... But the breading. I literally walked out ofstore are a slice. What a pleasant drive through experience. The cashier was friendly and made us feel valued. She even gave my son cookies and... fake tattoos, which by the way he loves! We had to wait a little longer than expected but we were okay with it since hercustomer service was phenomenal. And the pizza was fresh and hot! Will definitely return! Thank you! Read more
I would normally not have issues with the service. However, I had to come inside because I was giving the wrong order that I had... previously ordered online (for my and their convenience). When I went inside the Hispanic lady on blue uniform with the orangehat was given verbal instructions on how to make my custom pizza and wiped her nose with her wrist... she proceeded to not washher hands. And also, I noticed that they don't even wear gloves. I have been visiting this location for a long time but it isunacceptable to have employees who don't care about the hygiene and proper procedures when making food. BTW, on their secondattempt to make my pizza which should've had ham, bacon and mushrooms; whoever made the pizza added pork instead of ham... Ihave to admit it was my fault that I didn't say anything. When I saw the pizza I didn't scrutinize it I just took a quick.Anyways, it is pizza! It shouldn't be hard to make. Read more
