I don't know what the food was like as they were closed. Looked like they had electricity issues, as there were 3 electricity... trucks in parking lot and they were blocking the driveways. I'm sure the food was great as I have been there before. Read more
They crush the bottom of the pot-pies to give you less. 2 pot-pies, 2 crushed bottoms. Terrible.
The service was excellent!!!! I used the drive thru the person taking my order was really pleasant and helpful and knew about... the food. I ordered a Nashville meal and a spicy chicken sandwich meal the spicy chicken sandwich was amazing it had so muchflavor. I love the mashed potatoes and I ordered Mac and cheese. Again that spicy chicken was fresh and the crisp to it wasperfect. My order was taken and by the time I reached the window my food was ready was the fastest fast food ever and it was notsloppy and was met with a smiling face. Read more
The customer service was awesome. I came in here for lunch ordered the mashed potato bowl combo it was delicious.one of my... favorite meals. Restaurant was clean and staff was exceptional. Was put this place over the top an employee I didn't get hername asked me if something was wrong and the battery one my truck had died and I was looking for a jump she immediately offeredhelp used her own vehicle and got another employee to help us make sure it was right cause neither of us have experience. Shesaved me and was just so nice. I can't thank her enough. Read more
Mac and cheese was disgusting. It was macaroni noodles in some nasty plastic tasting off-white liquid. Chicken was overcooked,... even the dark meat as if it were yesterdays food reheated and sold to me as fresh. Biscuits and mashed potatoes were fine, butwe know it's just powered potatoes. Incompetent and rude people here! Incredible how some people can make or break your expectations of a simple transaction. I... understand that there may be a shortage of employees at some places, but these employees are the type of employees that pushpatrons to other places with their demeanor and rude horrible attitude toward a customer. Visited this morning, thinking we would get fresh chicken, only to receive a bowl of corn with flies. When I called to speak... with a manager to request a refund, he suggested I bring the food back. Why do you need the food back? Are you planning tore-serve another family? I told him I was not saving food to bring back because I would not be back on that side until 4p. I was30 minutes away and refused to come back immediately. He insisted to bring the food back when I come for a refund, RIDICULOUSrequest! We will never come back to your location. Don't trust the quality of food, nor the management. Service was horriblefrom the time we arrived until it was time to enjoy our meal. Read more
Chicken & Mac bowl made my son queasy, I looked at it and it had soooo much grease in it; the grease was like the milk in... cereal, disgusting! The, I think new-ish, ownership, uses family, including a kid at the drive-thru window that looks like he'sabout 12 years old. Translation, he's cheap& complaining won't do any good. Also, as I've always said, don't place an employeewho hasn't mastered English, at the drive-thru window! This causes problems with orders; In-store, is ok, because an error canbe seen & corrected by the customer instantly, in a car, no one should be dealing with employee error behind the wheel. Read more
