In the past 4 weeks i spent over $120 at JM but i don't mind sending money on a good sandwich but when you ask for a regular and... it is the size of a kids sandwich and paid over $14 dollars.i wont return. I will travel 15 miles to another JM. Read more
The worst location ever. They never get your order correct. Team knows nothing about customer experience wouldn?t blame them... because the manager himself hung up on me for calling to let them know my order was wrong and was rude at the store upon myarrival. The perfect place to get a good sandwich.
This was by far the worst experience I've had with jersey Mike's! No one greeted me. My lettuce is wilted. I paid $2 for avocado... & barely spreaded any on the bread. Tomatoes are not fresh. Work area was filthy!!!!! Customer service was POOR & had theaudacity to ask for a tip. I have never paid $13 for such poor service for a sandwich EVER! DEFINITELY WONT BE BACK!!!! Read more
Been here several times. Usually do curbside. Sandwiches always really good, just a little on the price here and. But the... quality is good, so worth it. We always order a lot of sandwiches because there's a lot of us, but they've never disappointed.Also, if you sign up for their birthday club, you get a free sandwich on your birthday ?????? Read more

So incredibly slow. Second sub took 20 minutes after the first (so the first was now cold) two employees working, two staring... at the customers. Place really needs a kick in the pants. Read more
