Sept 30, about 6:45 PM I went through drive-thru and ordered a regular and large chicken fajita pita. I noticed the large was... $9.73 at that time (a little over a dollar more than the medium). About 2 hours later I went thru drive-thru and order aregular (medium) chicken fajita pita. I was told it was $9.73. I questioned it when I got to the window. The adult ladyconfirmed I got the medium size and that the cost was $9.73. I asked for a receipt when she handed me my food. She ignored me,closed the window and walked away from the window. Was my meal actually $9.73? If not, I was certainly charged for a large andgiven medium. It was just a dollar! I wasted more on lessor things; however, how many times has this happened to others? CAUTION: Watch your back! You could get scammed and the food isn't good. The menu has incorrect pricing and typos. I remember a... time when Jack in the Box used to be good. Now it's GARBAGE. Food is NASTY and OVERPRICED. I ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget.The chicken nuggets were bland with no seasoning and took over 8 minutes to make. There were two different prices listed for a10-piece chicken nugget on the menu (one was $3.19 and another was $3.49). I was charged $3.49 even though it was advertised for$3.19 under the "Jack's Menu" section. When I asked about this, a Hispanic lady at the counter said the menu had typos anddidn't refund me the $0.30 difference in price. Read more
Absolutely disgusting. I drive around for work and stopped to get a quick bite to eat before my next appointment. I go through... the drive thru and then continue to my job about 15 mins away. I park to eat really quick I take 2 bites and just happened toturn my sandwich around the dang bread had MOLD on it. I?ve called numerous times but no answer and it was out of my to go backat that exact moment. How in the world do you not check what you are serving? The audacity of the cook and the manager to allowtheir food to go bad and still serve it! I?m pretty sure they?ll have a lawsuit coming their way!!! Read more
The drive through was very fast. Nice clean location. The fries were cold and their tacos should be called grease in a... shell. I feel like Jack in the Box could do better with their packaging. With the tacos being so greasy and only wrapped inpaper instead of foil, they leaked through the paper bag and got all over my leather seat of my brand new car. Read more
Went the drive thru and ordered 2 biscuits with bacon, egg and cheese. Took about 3 minutes to get them. Were some of the best... biscuits I've ever gotten. They were thoroughly warm. And they didn't crumble like a lot I've gotten elsewhere. Read more
