Hello, I just want to share my fustration with this Jack in the Box location which may not be the staff's fault but how is it... possible that I had to wait 30 minutes for a simple one combo meal. Even though I patiently waited, its just seems thatCorporate or Management does not seem to care about the customers time. The only drive thru that I've ever been to, that said they couldn't do more than 1 order per car. The woman on the intercom was... rude when we asked about separate orders and when we asked about items that we didn't realize were no longer offered. Wont beback to this location. Read more
Horrible. Food was UNLIKE ANY Jack I've ever been at. And not in a good way. Short you on everything l. Literally no lettuce or... meat I the tacos. Then when you complain they act like we trippin and must have taken the lettuce and meat out. Like, what??? Doy'all u hear yourselves? Which brings me to my next complaint: customer service. Theres always this notoriously tempermental lady that works here who gives everyone an attitude in the night shift. Constant eye... rolling, sarcastic attitude, easily frustrated. Unfortunately, theres no one to replace her as its the nightshift, so we have todeal with this piece of work for a while. Read more

I came to this location and was asked to pull up to the front. Before pulling up I asked for Ranch and they said yes. Maria... brought my order to me and I asked her if my Ranch was in there and she told me they were out. I walked back in the store behindher and asked another employee for the Ranch and she gave it to me. Then Maria came to front and saw me and she startedlaughing. Then she passes by and laughs again. Relatively quick, but when I got my cluck sandwich it seemed over cooked. The chicken patty was dry and hard. The fries were... lukewarm at best and seemed to have been sitting under the warmer for hours because some were hard as a rock. Overall still abetter experience than Burger King. Read more
