Hello, I just want to share my fustration with this Jack in the Box location which may not be the staff's fault but how is it... possible that I had to wait 30 minutes for a simple one combo meal. Even though I patiently waited, its just seems thatCorporate or Management does not seem to care about the customers time. The only drive thru that I've ever been to, that said they couldn't do more than 1 order per car. The woman on the intercom was... rude when we asked about separate orders and when we asked about items that we didn't realize were no longer offered. Wont beback to this location. Read more
Horrible. Food was UNLIKE ANY Jack I've ever been at. And not in a good way. Short you on everything l. Literally no lettuce or... meat I the tacos. Then when you complain they act like we trippin and must have taken the lettuce and meat out. Like, what??? Doy'all u hear yourselves? Which brings me to my next complaint: customer service.
