Way better than MOD and right across the street from it! The pizza is probably the best I?ve ever had. Wood fired to perfection!... At the end of our meal the owner and chef, straight from Italy with amazing accent and all, came over to talk with us and hediscussed his cooking process and which woods are the best to use to cook with. Took a short drive from Katy to Cypress to check out this Pizzeria. It?s all true! Great value and the pepperoni pizza my wife... and I had was incredible! We each had a 10? pepperoni pizza, side (Caesar) salad, and fountain drinks for $41 before tipping.Got to meet the owner and his wife, authentic Italians from Brooklyn. Our waiter guy was new and just learning the ropes. Thepizza got to our table before we could even finish the salad. Background tunes were definitely Italian. No doubt we will beback! Read more

My husband and I with our 3 girls went this Saturday evening and We Loved It!!! Very Impressed! The Sauce is amazing and I don?t... like red sauce very much. We had a Prosciutto arugula pizza, a Meat Combo with mushrooms and black olives, a small regularcheese but had a ton of good cheese a kids Penne with Meatballs and bread and some Cheese sticks. We loved all of it! Of courseplenty to take home for the next day but we wanted to try all of it! We brought our own wine because it?s BYOB. Me & my bandmates enjoying going after band practice for delicious pizza and we bring our own wine. They even open uptheir space for another vendor for a pop up bakery.
