They gave me the wrong order , Woman was rude about it , and the young cashier apologized . ( she is new) And the manager was... rude because I asked him if they have a coca-Cola , Look at me like I?m stupid He said call the company and order it , And thenthey asked me to buy another half sandwich and wait again for my food instead of replacing it . I haven?t eaten here in a few years not for any bad reasons it was just out of my way and I didn?t remember if I liked it. Turns... out, I love it! I didn?t know what to get and I had Brandon be more than happy to help me out! He was great and gave a thoroughexplanation on the subs to help me make my pick! Great place to come after a full day of shopping at cypress outlets. I usually go to the food court, but getting outside of the... outlet is less crowded and cheaper. This place is clean, the staff is very friendly. My steak and cheese, and the smokehousebeef cheddar brisket were awesome. I never been disappointed by the quality and taste. Read more
Delicious food, friendly staff and relatively quick. There were lots of first responders eating here so it felt quite authentic.... The kids meals come with a cheap plastic fireman hat that the kids love. It's in the strip center sandwiched between DiscountTire and Home Depot. There's a handful of shops here. A little short - Love eating at Firehouse Subs and the food is always great. What's overlooked at this location is the small... details. As others have mentioned, there is no "Welcome to Firehouse!" greeting when you come in the door. Only one or twopeople were in the place when i walked in, and several noticed me while standing behind the counter. Other small details thattake away from the overall experience are things like a missing cabinet door by the drink machine, with boxes hanging out of itthat don't fit. Or empty napkin holders on the table, when they should not be empty so early in the day (just after openingtime). Even the front counter where orders are taken is so cluttered with items that a woman didn't have space to set her purseto get money out to pay. But the food is still great! The hotsauce/salsa display is well stocked (issue in the past) and theplace is clean. Most likely will return, but this location still falls a little short compared to the others.... We got the New York Steamer. I ordered a small and it was about 3 inches with hardly any meat. Almost $7.00. not friendly... service and every table was dirty. Very disappointed. Read more
