This store has great pizza and wings for the most part. It?s most important to keep employees that enjoys their jobs and likes... the responsibilities of the positions they were hired. We placed an order for two medium two topping, one hand tossed one deep dish & extra cheese as the second topping. Not only did... they not add the extra cheese but they didn?t made the deep dish, a deep dish. When I pointed it out they said that that washow?s it came . They offered to remake it but we had ahead waited long enough. In the end they gave me a free 20oz for thetrouble. Pizza was cold, not what I ordered, and overall a bad experience. Placed an order for delivery 2:54pm and spoke with a lady. As I was placing the order I told her that I want marinara sauce... because she asked me what sauce I wanted. The lady seemed really nice and she told him my order will be coming in in the next 30minutes. When my order gets here, Hispanic guy delivers my food, I took the box and signed it and left a tip. As l taste at thepizza, it didn?t taste like marinara sauce and it wasn?t marinara sauce on there. I called back spoke to a guy name Mohammed hewas a little rude at first then he was OK with a conversation. I told him my order was incorrect and that I wanted marinarasauce he said that I order the mango habanero sauce in which I have never heard of that sauce till today. He said no worrieswill send another box out. An hour goes by I haven?t seen the pizza here yet being delivered so I callback and he says that thepizza delivery person was on the way. Call back in another 30 minutes he says a pizza has delivered. I explain to him that thepizza is not here and no one knocked on the door and as I was talking to him I open my door and Wala, my pizza is sitting on theground cold. He places me on hold another guy answers the phone. I had to explain to him all over again the whole situation andat this point I was very irate. He was nice he accommodate me with some cinnamon twists on the side because he could not give mea refund. I also asked him who was the CSR I spoke to and the person that delivered to me the second time?s name and which wasMuhammad and Alexis, Alexis is the one that deliver the pizza and left it on the floor. 20 minutes later a Black gentleman comesto my door and states that he apologies and states that he was the one Who left the pizza on the floor without knocking. In theback of my mind I?m like I thought it was Alexis who left the pizza on the floor which had me questioning . To sum this all up,it?s been three hours for me to get the correct pizza and customer service is very poor. Read more
One of the most unique experiences I?ve had with pizza delivery. The guy showed up on a bike with a speaker BLARING music and... headlight so bright I had to crack the door to shield my eyes. I could hear the music as he approached the house and thesecurity camera picked up the audio 2 houses down as he left. It was seriously that loud! Pizza and wings were great, deliverytime was prompt and the guy was polite. I love music and his genre was late 40?s or early 50?s as best I could tell, but it wasway too loud. Very unique experience for sure. Note to this store: please ask your delivery guy to tone down the music. Thankyou. Read more
I came to the store and I ordered three pizza and I told him not to cut it because last time I found bacon pieces and I had to... trash it,so I got it I went home sure there was one pizza full of bacon and I came back and they made another one and I willnever go back there. Read more
