We ordered on the app and came in store to pick up. These were the Parmesan bites and pizza we received. The pizza was LOADED... with so many toppings it couldn?t even be picked up. The pizza also wasn?t cooked all the way- the cheese wasn?t entirely meltedand the crust was pure dough. We are tired of having our money stolen with no refund so we won?t be ordering or picking up fromthis location again. Read more
Over the long term, this place hasn?t been amazing (better overall than other local pizza options except mod). Food and price... consistently good, but usually the waits aren?t accurate, and we end up waiting for a while inside for our order or even to begreeted. But, I must say, our most recent experience was top-tier. We used an online coupon, pizza was ready on time, we weregreeted right away upon arrival, the place was very tidy, and someone brought us our order right away. (Food was good as alwaysfor us). In a time where competition has been going downhill, this could be a sign of a dominos ascendency, and this willdefinitely be our go to for our next pizza night. Read more
I came in to pickup a prepaid order. The woman was finishing up an order in the kitchen. She saw me and I told her my order is... ready and on the shelf. Can she please just hand it to me? She said no and to wait. Then she started to make another order.???? very rude and poor customer service. Avoid this location. Read more
Domino's Pizza on mason!!! Order pizza at 7:55pm Saturday evening and , at 10:00 still on pizza delivery, called the store... several times no answer. Drove up to the store at which point it is 10:15pm and to find out my order still was in Que and noteven in the process of being made yet!! Completely ridiculous, asked to speak to the manager and she could care less about mycomplaint or the service they are providing. Most service I?ve ever had in my life! Don?t DO IT! Two pizzas and wings ordered at 6:47. It is now 9:04 and still no pizza. By far the worst experience I?ve had at... any pizza chain. I?d give zero stars if I could. EDIT: we finally received our order. It?s 10:38. Unbelievable. Read more
I am so tired of this location!!! But if ordering delivery we have no choice. They are ALWAYS late! Not 15 min, 2 hours!!! This... is the 6th time in a row now. 4 of the 6 times the pizzas were burnt. And after waiting so long you'd think it would behot...NOPE!!! Pizzas are cold!!! Read more

Man idk what these negative reviews are talking about, this place is fine. I ordered delivery from them at 5:01 and got it to my... door right at 5:30 and it was still plenty hot. Then another day I ordered pickup and it was done in like 15 minutes. Also hot.Both times it was delicious. I mean obviously it?s not gonna compete with Brick Oven pizza (nor should it), but as far asdominos go this location is one of the better ones. Read more
