We have been struggling a bit this year to find a place to leverage Restaurant Weeks.... we have participated every year.. it's... fun, usually great food and interesting settings. I happened to use Google Maps to check for restaurants in Cypress area andDario's came up as one of the top. My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised with Dario's.... and having upscale dining soclose to us! it is an excellent restaurant with courteous and efficient staff and great, quality food.... the pics don'treally do justice! it was great! Amazeballs! This was our 1st stop for our HRW experience and it definitely did not disappoint! Everything was quite tasty! A few... tasted better than others but overall, it was great! Service was outstanding! Greg was super attentive and friendly too! Woulddefinitely recommend! We went in for date night and this was the perfect spot! It was dimly light but not extremely dark. Makesense? haha but yeah. It felt really nice and cozy inside. Super cute spot for date night or even family outings! We both gotthe HRW menu and ordered an appetizer as well. Beef carpaccio was our least favorite dish. Which was also the first dish tocome out as our appetizer. The taste was fine but I think the beef can be more thinly sliced. It was rather thick for being acarpaccio dish. And it was just one giant piece! Usually it’s a lot of thinly pieces. So it was difficult to eat. We had toslice it ourself. However. The fried capers.. wow those were so good! And the dressing on it was tasty as well! Just wish themeat itself was more thin and less chewy! Lobster bisque & shrimp scampi couscous was absolutely luxurious! The shrimp scampiwas beautiful plated and tasted amazing. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the sauce was light and enjoyable. I was never abig fan of couscous but these were nice. Had a good chew to it. Tasted even better when I had drizzled the lobster bisque intoit! Pro tip. You’ll thank me later! haha ooh and the lobster bisque was insanely good! My bf enjoyed it alot and he’s superpicky with seafood! It was savory, creamy and well balanced with the right amount of lobster meats. So good! By the time ourmain course came out, I was already full! Portions are huge for me! haha but I like that! A world-class restaurant in Cypress, TX? Absolutely! In all my travels, I've never had meals as delicious as tonight's specials,... and the service was amazing! We were celebrating my birthday, and everyone went out of their way to make the night special forme. We're already making plans to go back for our next celebration! Great place to eat!!! We didn’t have a reservation, but they made it work quickly. The vibe was nice. I had the Danny’s... Chicken, and I must say it had just enough flavor. My guy had the pork chop, and he said it was very juicy and had a lot offlavor. The services was 5star. They really wait on you hand and foot. The only reason I didn’t give it 5stars for the reviewwas it was entirely to cold ???? inside. Definitely a place I would recommend. Read more

Had our office Christmas lunch at this place and I am super impressed. Everything was fantastic from the tuna tower & avocado... pancakes for starters, to the perfectly cooked and portioned surf and turf I got. The sauces used here are the absolute bomb, myfavorite being the cream sauce they put with the shrimp on my dish. The praline cheesecake was also perfect with an amazingcrust and just enough caramel to balance it out and not make it overly sweet. I've eaten at many steakhouses in my travels. Decided to try this one out as a few of my contacts visited here before. The... place is cozy but the parking is a challenge. Had the T-Bone and my son had the ribeye. Added the cajun shrimp and sides ofMac & cheese, asparagus and loaded baked potato. Meal was great and I especially liked the hot, fresh bread and sweetcornbread! My server experience could be improved. She didn't check on us as frequently as I'm used in other steakhouses atthis level. Thankful the restaurant manager made his rounds to check on us and everyone!
