Worst customer service ever, they are not preparing as the franquise, and get upset if we try to get my order remake, they cook... the meat without seasoning, they are definitly behind of other charleys stores the guy in the grill very rude. I will notrecommend this store. Read more
The best Philly Cheese steak subs anywhere , I wouldn't have it any other way.
It was a good experience. I made a request for the cook to prepare my chicken philly sandwich where he would clean the grill,... use clean utensils and not cook any other meats in order for me not to have any other meats mixed in because I do not eat othermeats. This was our first and last visit to Charleys Philly Steaks. I understand it the holidays so we didnt mind the 20 minute wait in... line. Our order was $27.34 ; 2 drinks 1 small fry and 2 regular sandwiches. The young girl "LAURA" was inappropriate, rude ,discourteous and so disrespectful. We order our food and waited on our sandwiches, once we realized we weren't given our Frenchfries, I had to go back to LAURA... I told her with my receipt in my hand, we had not received our fries. She pointed to somerandom fries on the counter!!!! I saw them there earlier because , like I said, we waited 20 minutes... i assumed they were asample display because there was some random bacon fries with a fork in them sitting as well.... LAURA ignored me and againpointed to the old fries... I told her , I would patiently wait until some fresh fries came up that a crowd of individualshadn't walked by the fries on the counter. It is with high hope's LAURA receives some customer service training. This is LAURAin the photo, I took while at the eating establishment. Don?t go within 30 minutes of closing?cold fries, paid for extras?didn?t get... them?went back up to get it put on?cook was rude and upset because mgr made him correct it?mgr is good, help was young cook wasterrible!
