On 11/10/2022 around 2pm. I arrived at this Burger King and asked the attendant for two Chicken Jr sandwiches. and a chocolate... milkshake. When I received my order, I took the straw to drink the Milkshake. When I started drinking the Milkshake, Irealized that the chocolate taste was very faint, you could barely taste it. So I spoke to the clerk, and asked him if he couldadd a little more chocolate to the milkshake to improve the flavor, as it was really too weak. He replied that he had alreadyput in too much chocolate and could not add more. So I told him that I had had chocolate milkshakes at other Burger Kings andthe chocolate taste was stronger than in the milkshake he gave me. Even so, he was not willing to grant my request. Itwouldn't hurt him to add a little more chocolate to improve the flavor, but he refused. So I was upset, because I didn't wantto pay for a product that I wasn't satisfied with, and I told him that if he didn't add more chocolate, I wouldn't want theMilkshake anymore. He preferred to return my money to fulfill my order. For that reason I gave one star for the service andone star for the food. Read more
Had a "general manager" as he claimed to be yell that I should have a better attitude out the drive thru window at me when he... was the one being rude about an issue he was to busy to handle, his words. Dylan was in a dirty uniform and I really hope he isnot the stores general manager. I feel he is not since the burger king complaint number I just called is having the real onecall me about this issue. I can honestly say for once I was the bigger person and did not yell or fight him at all. Guess I haveto find a new friendly go to neighborhood drove thru place. Read more

The Italian chicken sandwich and whopper with cheese are thebest. This location is independently owned, the family and staff here go to great lengths to make sure the food quality is atits best. Just tried the nightmare burger along with scary black cherry slushie. Yes my tongue turned blacked went back fast, noI did not have nightmares and my bowels movements in the latrine or just fine. Doing the burger king name good at this location.Oh and cheesy tots are back too. Update. Location is still doing just fine and cheesy bacon chicken crisp is really good. This is the worst establishment I have ever been to. The ?manager?, who?s name is dylan (which i wouldn?t call him if it were... me) is always inappropriately screaming at employees with us guest in the building! it?s highly unprofessional and if this storewould like to see success i would highly recommend new management. It is also disgustingly dirty inside and you will wait at thedrive through for 5 minutes before they even take your order. I have never witnessed such an unprofessional ?manager? in mylife. Read more
6/12/22 Supervisor/boss man was very kind & nice! He apologized for the wait & gave wonderful customer service & conversation!... The tall guy working with him was fast making my food & had my order correct! He was kind & professional as well! It was around8:30ish pm. My heart truly goes out to them! The few customers ahead of me were rude. But I understood for my company is shortstaff as well! If I could?ve gave them hugs & prayed with them I would?ve! They need a raise! They were so kind to me afterpeople were rude to them, they keep cool calm & collected! They actually taught me A lesson. Honestly my favorite Burger King! Ishould?ve got their names!
