For a place dedicated to wings they are just not it. I have had better wings at non wing places. These are small, dry and with... little to no sauce. The atmosphere is great, especially with the baseball playoffs however they are understaffed, waits are longand the food comes out over cooked and/or dry from the heat lamps. Read more
Was very disappointed with the service. Our waiter seemed to be socializing more than anything. We would go 20 min at a time... without seeing him, wanted another round of beers and it just got to late by the time he even got to us. We had to ask anothergentleman for our check and a few to go boxes. I didn?t get our waiters name but he was young, thin, tan skinned, about 5?7. Myhusband still tipped him fairly even though he didn?t deserve more than 1.00. The gentleman who actually came to check on us afew times was very helpful and quick. He seemed to be running the restaurant the whole time and he was very professional.Didn?t get his name either but he was young, African American, tall, glasses, I think he had braids or dreads too. Place was not busy when we were seated, even though we had to wait 30 minutes for a table. Waitress came by to get our order... fairly quick. Appetizer came out at a decent time. Waitress came by several times to say our main dish should be out soon. 45minutes later, still no food. Tables that were seated after us got their food. After over an hour, still no food. There onlyexcuse was the kitchen was backed up. How did tables that came after got there food before us? No explanation. Left withoutgetting the food, even after the manager offered to cover the tab. Waitress was friendly but never came to ask if we were OK or anything. We waited almost 45 min before we received our food. The... guy who brought the food explained that there was a mix up with the receipts. Not once did the Waitress came to tell us, " yourfood wil be with you shortly" or "sorry it's taking long". Our waitress was great. Kitchen is horrible. Management is a complete joke. Placed our order. One meal comes out on time. Second... comes out 5-10min later. The third was 30min behind when we cancelled it. Managements way of ?making it right? (their words) wasto take the meal off the bill. The Bird Dawgs are sad in case you wanted to try them. Sprinkle of cheese, no cole slaw, a sneeze of sauce. Very disappointing.
