Finally got a chance to eat here and it did not disappoint! Perfect stop for a lunch break if you need food fast! Will... definitely be back! The owner is heavily involved in the local community by hosting a free dinner for a family of 6 every monthand lifesaving blood drives in memory of his wife! Read more

Hands down the best BBQ I've ever had. I've been eating this brisket for 12 years and it never disappoints. The potato salad and... beans are to die for. Don't get me started on the Mac n cheese.... I'd like to say I've had worse BBQ, but I don't think I have. Could have just been an off day, but the brisket, ribs and pulled... pork I got were all covered in creosote due to poor fire management. Super bitter, and left my mouth almost totally numb. Couldhave been an off day, but I dunno if I'll be back. Ribs were cooked really well, just full of creosote. Brisket could havebeen rested longer, it was a little tough, but the fat was rendered well. Pulled pork was cooked perfect, but the bark was fullof bitter creosote. Mac and Cheese was great, outside of the (I'm guessing) brisket fat full of creosote added to it that madeit bitter. Beans were the best thing I had that day next to the BBQ sauce. Read more

For all of you haters leaving poor reviews for Mr. Brooks poor service, there is something you should know. He lost his wife to... cancer a few years ago. He is still struggling with that fact. Cut the man some slack. He is in fact a wonderful, caring humanbeing whom I consider it a privilege to know. His bbq is also top notch without question. Read more
