Me and my husband came here today for lunch. It was our first time coming to this location. When we first walked in and went to... the host stand a rude older gentleman approached us no hello or greeting , grabbed two menus and walked off to seat us. Weordered 5lbs of the ?wet? crawfish and 1/2lb of shrimp with mushrooms and alligator sausage. The crawfish tasted as tho theywere previously frozen and were extremely over cooked as well as extremely over-seasoned on the outside. The shrimp were alsoextremely over cooked , tasted as tho they had been previously frozen and were rubbery. The alligator sausage tasted like justregular sausage and wasn?t good either. The only good thing was the loaded fries. Service was good and very attentive.Definitely not worth 80$ We did ask the server if it was fresh or frozen seafood and he said it was fresh but it definitely wasnot. Read more
4/22/22The service provided by our waitress Morgan was awesome! She delivered to our satisfication.I hope she gets recognized... for her great service! Also, I believe the manager came by to check on our experience there, which is a plus. The food wasgreat! Applause to the chef and team in the kitchen. Great crawfrish and the secret seasoning sauce was one of the best. Theinterior design is an esquisite view and reminder of New Orleans atmosphere. AWESOME I had the fried catfish, macaroni and cheese, and gumbo. DELICIOUS. The french fries were given to me by accident but... I?m happy because they did not charge me for those and they were also very good. Read more

We have came to the location multiple times before. Today just seemed a little off for the staff. I originally ordered the... Thursday special but was extremely dissatisfied by the presentation and portion of the item. After asking them to take it back Iordered the Tuesday special and once again wasn?t quite satisfied with the meal seeing that one piece of chicken was a scrappiece and not even a full piece like it says on the menu. I noticed a lot of staff walking around either talking to one anotheror not being productive while I had to personally get an employees attention just to change my order.This establishmentdefinitely needs a revamp and boost of motivation. The ambiance at the bar was great! Laid back with a good vibe. The food was good and I really enjoyed the Happy Hour... specials. My guest has a Hurricane with Rum topper and and it was really good. The bartender was really attentive and providedgreat service, I didn?t like my salad, however, it was the seafood salad and the crab tasted like bland canned tuna and theParmesan dressing had no flavor.
