They closed an hour and half early because they ran out of ice cream... right!

Treated my grandchildren and had sorbet myself. Small footprint; would have liked more space. Loved the ice cream!

I visited the coles crossing location today and no one greeted us or offered to help. After several minutes, I flagged one lady... down and asked for assistance. She looked up and responded "what did you say, I wasn't paying attention". She clearly did notwant to help us and even suggested that I order a ice cream pizza online even though I was there at the store. A white familythat walked in after us was greeted promptly and received a completley different level of service. I will take my businesssomewhere else that believes ALL customers should receive quality service. Read more

I ordered a purse shaped cake ONLINE and somehow got the wrong flavor..I ordered chocolate cake and got white cake. Also the... cake was leaning poorly made. When I went to pick it up the lady (older) behind the counter was exceptionally rude. The younggentleman and girl were very nice however I Will not be coming back. Read more

Less than impressed with Barker location. I ordered ice cream cake and the quality of the design was not what it should have... been. When I first I arrived, the store did not have proof that I had already paid. Lucky I taped the receipt to my fridgeknowing it needed to save it. Then I opened the box to see the ?happy birthday? writing that looked very careless and like a 3yrold child wrote it. I asked if they could clean it up so the stripped the writing and asked if I wanted to write it in myself.What! The manager wasn?t in the store at the time so nothing came of this! Most horrible experience. First of all the drive through service was extremely slow ; two cars infront of me left, could barely... hear the guy taking the order . That was not the bad part at all . What was worse was the service and the ice cream . I got the2 scoop sundae which they charged $7+ , when I asked about the price both girls shrugged their shoulders and turned away; theice cream and the whipped cream was old and tasteless the nuts were stale and there was no cherry !!!
