I was very hungry when I came in here today. I ordered a 6" tuna sandwich. When I got to the end they misheard and they put... oil on my sandwich. I asked him to remake it but then this black guy got in line and started acting ghetto with me and I justlost my appetite since I had to wait all over again they should have not done that. This is my go-to Subway -- well, now I am not sure. Last week I bought some soup but they had no spoons! Really? Well, today I... bought a sandwich and soup and decided to eat inside. I asked for a water cup, the store said they ran out. I asked how much tojust buy a regular cup and I could use that instead. The girl said $2.79. What? $2.79 for an empty cup? She insisted: Yes. Ileft the store -- disappointed and incredulous at what I had just experienced. I even lost my appetite for the food. That wasone terrible episode of poor -- very poor -- customer service. No one in the place Sunday evening. Ordered 6 inch turkey. Girl asked if I wanted one of the choices on the board. So I chose... one. I admit I haven't been to Subway in years just because they have too many preset sandwiches. She made a 12 in when I toldher I want a 6 in. Her reply was "sorry" Asked for manager girl went over to to talk to another girl. Second girl made a faceand when I told her the problem she said " why didn't you tell her before she made it. Do I need to be watching these peoplethrough my whole order. The point is there is a $5.00 difference in the sandwich. Second girl didn't want to give me the name ofthe manager.but pressing the issue she gave me a series is upper management. I just asked for the managers name.
