This is the closest location to us. After a long time, I just went in on August 15,2022 at 7:45 pm to get something. There was a... line of four people. I was the first one. Got to the cash register. The girl behind the cash register served the person beforeme , then surprisingly ignored me and the other people in the line and left to fill up the shelves!!! To the girl: I understandthat it?s close to the store closing time but this doesn?t mean that you should ignore customers and go do what you can do afterthe store is closed. I know you wanna finish up and go home but customers should be a business priority. I?m sure you wouldn?tappreciate if anyone do this to you when you are the customer. I?ve been craving for some pastries from 85. I happen to be in the area so I swung by. This location is smaller than the one I... go to in Westminster, or at least it felt that way. By the time we got there late afternoon about half the counters werecleared. Luckily the thing I wanted most was still around. Picked up some espresso buns and an iced coffee. Pretty awesome bakery with lots of tasty bun flavors, cakes, and bubble tea. Very clean inside with nice asthetics. Had the... Hawaiian BBQ bun which was a delicious savory bun almost like a pizza flatbread with baked bun base instead. The mango moussecake looked great but only tasted average. Read more
Not Portos but worth 5 stars anyway) Interesting choice of coffees and teas. Their cakes (with frosting) don't look appealing to... me but bakery stuff is yummy and fresh. This location has a lot of young teens due to proximity to school and college. Read more
Super fresh and tasty bakery items. Best part about them is nothing taste overly sweet but just perfect. I like their Egg Tart,... Garlic bread bun, cheese tart, coconut tart, hawaiian pizza. Egg tart is my most favourite of all. Read more
Not sure exactly why but this outlet seems better than the other 85C Bakery Café s. I tried their sea salt coffee which was... very flavorful and warming. Baked goods are good but a bit too yeasty and gluttenous. I think the teas and coffees with theAsian flavors and tapioca balls are very good for beverages.
