I really don?t like leaving bad reviews, and I usually really enjoy this Starbucks. It doesn?t have the best location for... entering and exiting and sometimes wait times are a bit long, but they have a bunch of really great people working there whowork really hard to get people in and out. I seldom mobile order, but today I decided to use my stars to place a mobile orderfor a cup. It said it was in stock, I ordered it, 10 min go by and Starbucks notifies me it?s ready. 10 min drive, 20 min waitin line, and I get to the window and they say the cup is out of stock, but if I *want* a refund I can have one. I?m only upsetbecause it would have been nice to not wait 30 minutes to find that out, and I wish the order had just been cancelled instead.She then told me the cup sold out awhile ago, almost as if I should have known. The baristas are generally very kind, courteous,and hard working individuals. I just had a busy day ahead of me and it would have been nice to save the 30 minutes. Also, thebarista wasn?t apologetic, just shrugged and said maybe I could get a refund, and shut the window on me. I understand we allhave our off and bad days, it just wasn?t very kind. Quick service. I love the Venti Lemonade Iced Tea with green tea and liquid cane sugar. SO GOOD and for whatever reason it... made me feel better when I was getting over the flu? Maybe the green tea? Nice staff as well. Read more
