I ordered a 10 piece dark mix with jo jos over a week ago, got home to discover I had been shorted chicken so I immediately... called to let them know, the guy who answered remembered me ( I'm 3 minutes away) was very apologetic and said I would be sent agift card the next day for my inconvenience, I have never received my gift card, having spent almost $19! for chicken and jojos only to be shorted,then for them to not follow through is very disappointing. This experience as well as rudness byemployees answering the phone like they would rather be doing anything else than taking your order ( which helps pay theirsalary), this used to be the place to go but the employees at this location should not be in the customer service industry. Really great old school pizza! Take time in this world of chains and GrubHub to visit a Cuyahoga Falls original, Rocco's Pizza.... They have awesome original recipe pizza and chicken, and you can even eat it there for a change of pace! Totally worth a try. Ilove their crust. Read more
I have been patronizing this place for years, but yesterday was my last slice. I ordered 3 pizzas, a small plain pizza, a deluxe... with no mushroom (emphasis on NO mushroom when ordering), and a plain large white, all pizzas to be cooked well done. The plainpizza was made and cooked correctly. The plain large white pizza was covered in onions and tomatoes and not even cooked all ofthe way let alone being well done. The deluxe with NO mushroom was covered in mushroom and not cooked all of the way. When Ipicked up the pizzas, I opened every box to check them, unfortunately I couldn?t tell if they were cooked all of the way but Idid notice the deluxe had mushroom. I brought the mistake to the attention of the employee and she said ?oh, I?m sorry?. I said,?ok well what can we do about this?. She replied, ?I can make you a new one? and I said ?I don?t have time to wait for a new onebecause I have people waiting on me, let alone the other pizzas will sit and get cold. She said ?ok, well sorry?. Then I leftwith all my pizzas since everything was paid for. I would suggest the owner trains his teenage staff better to deal with errors. Read more

I just moved here from Garfield Heights and I have to say Rocco?s pizza is way better than any I've had over there. The crust is... just right and I loved the pepperoni pizza!! Truly a REAL Italian establishment!! Read more
This time it was a 3 star rating. I bought 2 sheet pizzas for my son-in-law's deployment party. Too much bread. BUT... I've had... the large(?)/XL(?) pie several times. Simply fantastic. Better crust under the toppings. Next time, THAT'S the way I'll go. Read more
